We have been staying at this former Holiday Inn now converted hotel condo for years. It has been the best deal around--ski in at Butttermilk ski area--breakfast included--a gym pool and hot tub. And just a stunning locatoin. The rooms have been updated in spurts over the years but the renovations are not plush--just clean and neater. The problem is... More

My husband and I stayed here in July for my cousins wedding, they said it was their regular place when they come to ski. We had a very nice updated clean room with a very comfortable bed and and nice updated bathroom with a tub/shower combination and Aveda products. My aunt was around the corner and her room was almost... More

This long-time hotel/time-share is renovating with some roughness around the edges. While most rooms are presumed to be attractive and clean as our room was - hallways and entrances are not. Tubs, countertops, piles of construction material and waste are prevalent. Particularly unappealing are the dirty staircases and carpets. There is no elevator to transport luggage for the south wing;... More

The staff here was great! The room was nice & clean, a bit dated but it served its purpose. I'm sure this place is great in the winter- with the ski lockers etc. I wish it had been a little closer to downtown Aspen, but they were great and offered shuttle service up until 11pm. Just had to call the... More

Still under renovation (areas of the hotel are blocked off/closed), this hotel was a wonderful place to stay in Aspen. My room was clean and spacious and even had a mini refrigerator and microwave which is always helpful! I had friends who stayed in a larger suite and it was beautiful and perfect for a family. The shuttle at the... More

Comfy beds. Clean rooms. All the necessities available. Cable tv, fridge, microwave, Starbucks coffee and a toaster. Sweet balcony for that fresh morning air. Have no complaints and would stay here again.

Checked in on 8/30 for one night during Jazz Aspen fest to see jason Mraz. check in was very easy, clerk extremely helpful! Room is nice, a little run down, but very functional. We overlooked the pool and could see a ski lift from our window that was in walking distance. Nice little balcony, but no chairs to sit on.... More

I read Trip Advisor reviews before booking and learned to request a renovated room. We repeately confirmed during the reservation and check-in process that we were indeed getting a renovated room. We did and we loved it!! The room was clean, new, well furnished with all the necessities. Comfortable bed and plenty of space. After a hard business day we... More

The location is great , the food I really tasty. However the rooms and the rest of the hotel is in need of a good cleaning, and attention to detail. had to ask for soap, the vending machins out of order.... A poor valve
