We have stayed all over the world and have been fortunate enough to stay in many high end hotels/condos and this was one of the best condos we have ever stayed at. High end appliances, granite counter tops, steam showers, great décor, comfortable beds, you name it. I could retire and live in this place. Staff was extremely helpful and... More

We spent a week at the Innsbruck from October 12-19, 2014. We were very impressed with the friendly staff that gave us many suggestions for hikes, bike rides, places to visit, and places to eat. Justin and Gemma were fantastic in helping to make our stay a relaxing experience and providing maps of the area. We had a garden room... More

This place was highly rated on Trip Advisor so we thought we would try it out. Well, we almost didn't make it into the room! Instead of a "Welcome to Aspen, how were your travels?", we received a 'Can you hold on a minute I am on the phone with IT. You can take a seat over there.' Well, I... More

the innsbruck is an absolute stunner! Staff was great, room was unbelievable, pool & hot tub, walk to town, but free shuttle, free bikes. I especially enjoyed the Mr. Steam in the master shower. convenient parking in back.

Gemma welcomed us as last minute guests on a busy Saturday night, and managed to accommodate us in style and comfort. The ambiance here matches the location, which is breathtaking and real. The facilities are superb, but it is the attitude of the staff that make the experience outstanding. Based on our all too short stay. we would recommend the... More

The Innsbruck was a pleasant surprise. Our suite was large, new kitchen with granite and stainless appliances and cherry cabinets. Nice oriental rug and leather couch, a fireplace that actually puts out heat, large, comfortable bedroom and within walking distance to town.

My husband and I spent three nights in a one-bedroom condo at the Innsbruck during the first week of September. Unfortunately, I have to say that not even one of those nights provided a good night's sleep! First, let me preface by saying the condo is beautiful - we absolutely loved the layout. The kitchen was nice, the bathroom was... More

We arrived at 3AM and were greeted like family. Our two bedroom suite was impeccably clean, warm, and comfortable. Once we parked we didn't need the car since the Innsbruck is a close walk to everything. We were there for the USA pro challenge bike race, the first stage of which started on Mainstreet in front of the hotel. It's... More

We spent two night here. The room was a 1 bedroom room with an open dining-living room with a fireplace. The kitchen was the least nice of the rooms as there is only bar sitting which is too high for my wife's knees. We needed at least a breakfast table. It was so comfortable though, that that can be overlooked.... More

I am a little behind reviewing our stay but wanted to be sure I did. We spent a week at the Innsbruck in March for spring break and it was absolutely outstanding! The rooms and decor are awesome - very Colorado feeling - beautiful, natural stone tile in the gorgeous bathrooms, awesome kitchen, great for entertaining and great for our... More
