When we went to Aspen we spent 2 nights and the hotel is very good located and everything was great, great breakfast, friendly, excelent service, but my boyfriend forgot a short camouflaged and a t-shirt banana republic black plain and i forgot a beautiful elastic band animal print for mi hair and they didn't give us back... It makes me... More

We are glad you enjoyed your stay at our hotel in Aspen. Members of the staff including our General Manager personally searched each room you occupied and were unable to locate your items. During vacations, objects sometimes come up missing. We are often successful at recovering these items; unfortunately this was not the case for your situation. We are hoping... More

This is a historical building from the same era as the Wheeler Opera House and Hotel Jerome. The individual units or rooms vary considerably so choose wisely, your stay will be influenced by your choice. I think the best located unit is 303 which interestingly has a great view of the town and westward for sunsets but not Aspen mountain.... More

I came to Aspen for 3 days of spring skiing in April. The city of Aspen at this time of the year was quiet and felt a bit like a ghost town. But I liked that. It made me feel like I am one of the locals and the local people were pretty much the only people in town. My... More

Andre had very helpful information at the front desk, and the hotel has large good quality rooms in a very central location which is a good option for a fly-by visit. Parking permits are available which is also convenient given the hotel's central location.

Arriving late into Aspen on Friday night, tired from a 4 hour flight, I hobbled into reception to be greeted by Andre. Andre was my knight in shining armor. First, I am in a cast up to my knee on my left leg and he immediately came and took my bags from me. Informed me where to park so I... More

We were here in room 206 for two nights. I'm not exactly sure how they bill this as a Bed and Breakfast unless you count coffee and bagels as breakfast that is downstairs in a little room off the lobby. There are no personal touches at all. There is a desk clerk but that's it. The room was pretty tight.... More

I've stayed here twice now and both times have been very happy. Rooms are individually owned but rented either through VRBO or a property management company. Be sure to thoroughly review all rooms available b/c each is unique. Rooms have small kitchen areas (coffee, micro, refrigerator). Breakfast is included (continental - nothing special especially if you don't eat carbs/bagels/danishes). LOVE... More

We are frequent visitors to Aspen and have stayed previously in this hotel. That is, prior to many of the rooms being renovated. The units are all separately owned. This is important, because the unit you get, may not be updated. We paid a premium for an updated room and I asked for a quiet room because of the Trip... More

I've been a loyal fan of this property for the last 10 years. It's just two blocks from the gondola and centrally located for the rest of town. Price is reasonable for the location and is perfect for a solo or couple (let's face it, Aspen isn't cheap.....). This renovated old hotel is made up of individually owned condos, so... More

You can't find a better location - right in the heart of town in the pedestrian zone. No parking, but they gave us a pass to park in the nearby neighborhoods. Only queen beds, but ours was actually quite comfortable and we got a very good night's sleep. Out room was quite roomy, with lots of storage. The continental breakfast... More
