This was the worst Hotel I have ever booked and the worst experience I have ever had at any hotel across USA. There is absolutely no customer service...their front desk is the most rude person I have ever talked to in any customer service. They will do anything and go to any extent to rip you off. NEVER FALL IN... more

Three months in advance I booked a cabin at L'auberge d'Aspen through Expedia. I booked a cabin specifically with a spa in the room. The day prior to us leaving on our trip to Aspen my wife called L'auberge to make sure all was accounted for and ready. She spoke to a lady at the front desk who assured her... more

We won free last minute tickets to an event in downtown Aspen, and needed to find an inexpensive place to stay at the last second. We paid $63 for a basic cabin on Travelocity and couldn't have been more pleasantly surprised! We arrived in Aspen after 8pm and easily spotted the cabins right on Main St. The location was ideal,... more

After we had called 3 or 4 other hotels with similar star rating and found out that we cannot afford them, we decided to stay in this hotel. It consists of several cabins, so the privacy is excellent. The rooms are clean, they have a small kitchenette with everything that you need there to prepare your own food. The bath... more

Okay, I'll agree with others that it maybe is smaller then you think based upon the photos if you stay in the basic, cheapest cabins. (We were in #12.) However, it is still larger then your average hotel room. They also have to fit more in the room then what you get in a standard hotel room, which has pros... more

We stayed here September 8-11, 2009. Check in was simple. The rate was around $85 per night for a deluxe w/whirlpool tub. Rita is very quiet and the staff seemed to just let you have your space and not bother you. The cabin was very nice. It is not a 5 star hotel room but if you are looking for,... more

Room VERY clean, pleasantly decorated, good location. That's it!! Floor tiles in entry and bath were broken, grout missing, caulking around whirlpool tub loose and moldy, plaster in bath chipped, knobs on the cabinets missing, TV remote didn't work, bed loose and squeaked and woke us up every time we turned over! Glad we only paid $93 a night to... more

I was trying to find cheap enough cabin, so I went on Orbitz and that was the cheapest one. (That was in May, probably in winter it's much more expensive). Small, but very nice room with kitchen and appliances. Nice wooden furniture. Would stay again. more

Reasonable sized room, clean and tidy. However, the fittings were rather tired, with things like mis-matched cutlery in the kitchenette being surprising for $400 a night. Not good value. Won't stay there again unless desparate. more

My husband and I spent 3 nights at this location and every thing was great. The room was very clean, spacious and quiet. It was home away from home. The location was very convenient. We would definitely go back to this hotel again and again. The customer service rep at front desk and housekeepers were very pleasant. more
