from the personal service to the fantastic accomodations - everything is top notch. SO you ask - why didn't I give them 5 stars? Price. We booked the 3 bedroom suite- we expected a patio - which we were told when we made our reservations . and for what we paid- we expected a patio. The breakfast could have had... More

I have a Hyatt timeshare and we stayed in this hotel twice already. We loved it both times. First time we used one-bedroom suite, which was huge with private jacuzzi top on the roof. Second time we booked late and had a studio, which is still was really big with TV and hot tub in the bathroom. We enjoyed the... More

We had a very nice time here and liked the spacious accommodations but the pricing was not quite in line with the product......We would go back but look for a deal to do so. More

The hotel itselk and staff were all first class, the only minor quibble was having to pay for parking the car. The hotel is very central in Aspen and within walking distance of the city centre. The ski slope were right behind the hotel. More

We stayed in fall and went hiking around Maroon Bells to see the Aspens in color - a must do. The Hyatt has great design elements, lots of dark wood and western decor. The beds and bathrooms are great. The outdoor firepit, pool, and hot tubs are also great. Breakfast is a real weak point - not only is it... More

We are Hyatt Vacation Club owners and stayed at the Grand Aspen for a week for the first time. We loved the hotel and thought the staff was very attentive and the hotel well maintained. The concierge's desk was maintained from 8:00 am - 8:00 pm each day and was very helpful with questions and reservations. Having to valet park... More

Loved the room - clean, comfortable, large, well appointed, good natural lighting - it felt great from the moment we walked into the room. The service was equally great - from check-in to concierge services to check-out. We'll definitely be back. More

I am a Hyatt Vacation Club owner, but this property is not typical. Street level studio assigned was like small dark cave with passers-by peering in window. No easy chair. Conceirge desk often unattended. GREAT center city, but skimpy continental breakfast, housekeeping totally no-showed one day (and no, "do not disturb" sign was not the problem), and too many "I... As Hyatt Vacation Club members, we've stayed at this property about 6 times over the past 6 years, mostly in the summer, including twice this summer. Aspen is great fun during the summer with many things to do and the Hyatt is a good choice if you want a high quality, conveniently located hotel with top notch amenities, including kitchen... More
