I rented at the ritz residences through VRBO. Great location for families. Super staff ready to assist with your every need. Close enough to town to bike, but far enough away that you are completely removed from the noise and commotion. The views are incredible from here as well.

We just returned from a week at the Ritz in Aspen Colorado with our daughter, her husband and two kids. This is our 3rd time there and it is luxury personified. The STAFF there are incredible. from the valets, to the bell boys, the concierge, the pool staff, the bus drivers, etc. Just Incredible. The bus runs from 9 AM... More

We stayed a week during the summer. I only gave 4 stars because the lunch we had at the restaurant was very mediocre. Other than that, we enjoyed our time very much! The staff was really helpful, although at times it felt a little scattered or unorganized at the desk. One night, they turned on a fire pit so we... More

This location is one of the finest we have ever stayed at. The surrounding are beautiful and the hotel is exceptional. Staff are exceptional from the front door all the way throughout our stay. We will definitely plan to come back to this location

Loved the restaurant and the food was great----sat outside by the fire pit for lunch and it was a lovely day----watched the snow boarders and ski people come down the mountain---fun it was-----Great wine as well

Great location for skiing if that's all you would like to do. Slopes are great, much less busy than downtown and great people working on slopes. As far as the Ritz accommodations they were good, not great from other residences I have stayed. We had a three bedroom and it was on the smaller side. One big issue was the... More

I've stayed at Ritz Carlton hotels around the world - the reason to stay and the reason to come back is the service. That's why my experience here was so surprising. I was sitting outside, waiting for menus and had to ask three people until they bought one out - for us to share, no drinks menus. It seemed like... More

Right at the base of aspen highland mountain ski resort, this is the place to be. The ultimate personalized attention. My wife and I have been so thrilled with every aspect of this place. The ski valet make the normal work of getting out to the slopes super easy. The rooms are spacious and very nice. This is one of... More

You will not regret choosing the Ritz Carlton Club for your vacation. Having visited the St Regis, Jerome, Little Nell etc., this accommodation shines above the rest. The service is impeccable! Enjoy complimentary cookies, hot chocolate or hot apple cider after a fantastic day skiing. Staff are more than happy to assist in booking activities, and are more than happy... More

There are two lodges/hotels under one roof here: White River Lodge and Elkhorn Lodge. The Elkhorn Lodge is the 'adults table;, while the White River Lodge is the 'kids' table'.... Smaller gym, smaller spa, smaller lobby, no restaurant or coffee shop. So, if you have a desire for extra quiet, choose the White River Lodge. If you want true ski-in,... More
