The creme de la creme! The absolute best hotel experience I have had in 10+ years in the travel industry! I would put full faith in the management of this hotel to execute the highest level of customer needs. Our conference included guests used to skiing the Alps and they were simply blown away. Although I expected a high level... more

Hotel is in a great location... Very close to all the shopping and restaurants. Staff was very friendly and the rooms were great. This is a great place to stay if you visit Aspen. more

Every single aspect of our trip to the St. Regis Aspen was absolutely sublime. It was my first trip to the hotel and to Aspen: I can't wait to return to this fabulous city but most of all to the St. Regis. The staff went on beyond. The hotel facilities are gorgeous, from the cozy lobby bar, to the fantastic... more

Stayed here in the summer when our drive to Aspen from Denver turned into an all-nighter. Hotel was very accommodating. Room was exceptionally nice with plasma televisions and Bose stereo and a decent value given that they were the only high-end hotel in town and had us hostage. Staff was very nice. We had a good time. 4 stars, only... more

Rooms/restaurant buffet are nice but very overpriced in my opinion, especially the breakfast buffet. There's a McDonalds closeby so I suggest if you have taken kids with you to go there for breakfast because the buffet will cost you a fortune. I have stayed at several luxury resorts/hotels that were far less pricey, .i.e. Hawaii, Vancouver, Costa Rica, etc. Location... more

We had a fantastic stay at the St. Regis. The location is great, the hotel is elegant, and the town of Aspen is a nice departure from the typical Disney-esqe ski resorts. The St. Regis spa is great (the spa staff is outstanding) although certainly pricey like most high-end resorts, and the gym is better than some health clubs. Can't... more

I have to agree with the two prior comments about no action on issues. My husband and I stayed at the St Regis last February 08 and this March 09 for one week both times. We encountered the very same issues both times: the staff are poorly trained and/or simply clueless (most are young) or there are not enough staff... more

My husband and I stayed here with our 13 year old daughter for 9 nights in late December and had a wonderful time, with a few exceptions. It was our third visit during the Christmas holidays and this hotel rarely disappoints. We love Aspen for the great skiing as well as the charming town with it's wonderful shops and restaurants.... more

The St. Regis has, on the surface, all the trappings of a good hotel. It's beautiful, the rooms are nice and it carries a name that is linked to quality. That being said, our experience at the St. Regis in Aspen this past week was horrendous. We encountered service problems at every level. The spa, the restaurant, the front desk,... more

Was here for a conference; but had lots of free time t enjoy the location. Hotel is of a hugh standard; what you expect from the St Regis. Free airport shuttle buses (being greeted with Bottled water and chocolates is a nice touch!); friendly staff and wonderful amenities. Although the hotel room itself is of the standard size and layout;... more
