We stayed in the Sierra Vista Cabin and had a wonderful time. The cabin was very large and had ample amenities. The price was very affordable as well. The property was well maintained and had a quaint old school homey charm. All we had to do was bring food, and we were able to feel like we lived in beautiful... More

We came to conejos for a holiday weekend away to relax and fly fish. There is no explaining the beautiful piece of real estate this ranch sits on. The meals at the restaurant are generous and filling and included in the price of staying in the lodge. However, the lodge itself appears to have not been updated or maintained since... More

We stayed here for just two nights as it seemed the only reasonable option for access to the Cumbres &Toltec Railroad trip we made. Despite the Ranch clearly advertising both on the website and locally as having a ‘full service’ restaurant we were informed on our arrival that evening (29th September) was the last time they were serving dinner before... We enjoyed our two-night stay at Conejos River Guest Ranch. Our room was in the part of the lodge that has been there many years. Even though that part needs some modernizing, we had a relaxing stay. The breakfast that came with the room was great. We had our evening meals there too - deliciouse. It was a centrally located... More

The place is nice and quite. The staff israélien friendly and helpful. BUT during our stay (2 nights) : no cleaning in the room. The bedroom is "rustic" without TV, radio, fridge, air conditionned... The bathroom is without ventilation neither air dryer. The bathtub is rust, totally rust and dirty.... For an exorbitant price of 102.70 $ per night !!!!!

Our room was obviously built decades ago, although some updating had been done. Beds were adequate and we had everything we needed, despite the age of the building. The kitchen served good breakfasts and dinners and everyone was friendly and helpful. Best of all, our room opened onto a deck with chairs, which faced the river. We could hear the... More

A great place to stay if you are wanting to spend time in the Mountains, ride the Cumbres and Toltec Scenic Railroad or fishing. The rooms are great, the food is filling and tasty, and the pie is always fresh and yummy.

My wife and I stayed for three nights in August, and really loved this place! The river is beautiful with lots of trout, and I found a great swimming spot about 200 yards upstream from the Aspen Glade campground. The breakfast and dinners are very relaxing and enjoyable. The cabins are spaced far enough apart that you feel a sense... More

Stayed here for 2 nights June 2010 in the Longhorn Room. The place looks a little tired however after the initial shock I really enjoyed my stay. No TV or Radio just the noise of the running river and the birds/Insects. The on site restaurant was good for Dinner and breakfast. Sat out with a beer watching nothing was bliss!... More
