We arrived after a long car trip, not to be received in a very warm and friendly way. The man at the reception desk gave us the minimum amount of information, not exactly a warm welcome. The room was rather depressing : pale colours, no decoration at all, and not really clean. The complimentary breakfast looked so cheap, that we... More

We stayed one night, friendly check-in. Nice big room, clean and comfortable. Computer and printer available. Free Wifi worked. Basic continental breakfast - there was microwave omelette - didn't try it!! We walked into town, about half mile. Not the best walk as had to cross a couple of traffic intersections. Overall a very good overnight stay

Priced below average for this city. Booking easy, check-in quick. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Room was spacious, great bed, good shower but bathroom was quite small. Breakfast was nice, but standard fare (waffle maker, fruit, yogert, cereal, juice, coffee). Recommended for short stays. Only con: Wifi steals your web browser and homepage. Be careful. This is a problem at... More

This was a nice, well kept, low price choice. Better than some Day's Inn I have stayed in. Even though we were in a no smoking area. The smell of smoke from the other areas was noticeable. "Breakfast" at any of these types of accommodations is always questionable. No elevator to upper levels can is a real challenge if you... More

Although this is not the newest of hotels but it was clean and afforded us a good night's sleep for a reasonable price. I had no complaints about the room. Bathroom was clean and well kept. The breakfast area had plenty of seating and was clean and organized. Offerings included the usual make-your-own waffle, cereal, yogurt, bread, bananas, and prepacked... More

Non-smoking does not mean that the room is indeed non-smoking. Stayed in room 107 in July 2014. The room had obviously been occupied by smokers for a long time. My eyes buned and my clothing smell aweful in the morning. This was incredibly disappointing. Be aware that you get what you pay for and don't count on a non-smoking room...even... More

Thank you for your comments and I am truly sorry for the bad experience. We just finished repainting that room completely so hopefully the smell will be better. We hadn't had any other complaints so didn't realize there was a problem. Your comments definitely helped and hopefully the problem is corrected. More

This place is ok for the price but don't depend on the breakfast being much of anything. Room was clean and nice enough but lacked a closet area. Breakfast choices were a "plastic" waffle, cold cereal or yogurt. Only fruit was apples. Overall ok but had a real low budget feel. About 30 minutes form Great Sand Dunes National Park.

We appreciate your review but sorry you felt the breakfast was poor. The style of breakfast we serve is required by the Days Inn franchise. It has been recently changed to be a healthier breakfast. We have oatmeal with toppings and cheese omelets as well for hot items along with the waffles. Again we are sorry the breakfast was less... More

Our queen room was large and comfortable - with sitting area and desk for a laptop. The furnishings were older but in good shape and clean. It had the mini fridge/microwave combo and an older CRT TV. The bed was very comfortable with plenty of pillows. Sink area outside the bathroom was a bit small but the whole room, including... More
