We stayed for 3 nights Thu - Sat in late October 09. Diving was our focus, which meant daily trips with heavy dive equipment to the docks or the dive park. We were always provided with rides with all our gear to the dock or dive park. When diving at night, the manager even provided us with his cell number... more

Don't fall for the okie doke. The package deal-isn't a deal at all. I don't know where to start. A plus-The Inn has a shuttle which picks you up and takes you to the Inn. The staff at the hotel is very nice and they will go out of their way to make your stay a pleasant one (maybe they... more

When we arrived at the port in Avalon the shuttle van from the Hotel was their on time to greet us. The Driver (Gentleman) was friendly and eager to help us with all of our dive equipment and luggage. We met Raul at the desk where he and his entire staff made us fell like family. The Hotel was more... more

We booked a night with included ferry transportation and shuttle pick-up to the hotel. Everything was in order as billed. Pick-up in Avalon at the ferry was on time in a comfortable mini-van. The hotel is a little up the hill, but close enough that you can walk one end of Avalon to the other. The room was basic, but... more

Transportation: Picked up right on time in a nice van with leather seats. Value: we got the round trip Catalina Express plus one night in AUGUST for less than the price of the ship. These rooms range from $69 to $499 a night so obviously there is quite a range of amenities. Cleanliness: it was fine. They do what I... more

I will absolutely return to this hotel next time I travel to Catalina Island. The staff was sooooo friendly and the price is right for a place where you just want to sleep. The staff is fantastic. When I went down to the continental breakfast and saw the eggs and potatoes for breakfast I was happy since I'm allergic to... more

My girlfriend and I came to Catalina for her birthday. For the price, I was expecting a nice place to stay and a fun trip to a nearby "island". The following is what we were treated with. This hotel is terrible. Dirty, rundown, tiny rooms. Our room was barely big enough to turn around in. Hair in the bed of... more

My husband bought a package deal for my birthday weekend, thinking he was getting good value at about $159 a night, but when we opened the door and saw the room, we knew we'd been had. On the back side of the motel, the room had a view of ... a retaining wall semi-covered with lattice trellises and swimsuits hung... more

The staff at the Seaport Village Inn were helpful and accomadating for our large group. I have been coming to Avalon since I was a child and for the past ten years have rented a condo for my family. This year we could not stay for a whole week, so we chose this hotel for our four night trip. Our... more

I must say the service is the best about this hotel; the staff is so kind and helpful, always trying to make you feel comfortable, you can ask them about interesting points, tourist attractions, restaurants or even some especial kind of tours like going to the island's inside or take a tour in this machines called SegWays, and you may... more
