The rooms were not clean, trash was left behing the beds. Linens and towels need replacing!! Mold on the ceilings. Broken concrete and removed concrete to reveal dirt and weeds next to the pool. My boyfriend and I stayed here for a night after camping for two nights, so we were really just happy to have a shower =) The front desk lady was nice, she let us check in a couple hours early. Best part about this hotel was the Spa. Front desk service TERRIBLE, no pay preview movies, no working vending machines, no coffee in room, no notification of taxi service on island, no view when promised a great room... need I go on!!!!! more

40th b-day. Very slow on island mid week in off-season (Jan-May). Staff was great. Shuttle service was great. Grounds were nice. No staff on between 8pm-6am.
