I had a blast during my 3 day stay. The staff could not be more warm and courteous. The house was beautiful and no detail was overlooked. It is no wonder that despite the price, this place is booked for months in advance. The attitude of the staff summed up: Help yourself! Here is where we keep the wine, beers,... More

The old Wrigley "Summer Cottage" is a wonderful charming place to stay with the best views in Avalon. However, nothing compares to their AMAZING brunch. The Steamer Burger was to die for and the service was friendly, fun, and attentive. Did I mention the views? Breathtaking. Also, they have a do-it-yourself bar during brunch which was heaven on earth since... More

The state four days here on the special occasion of my wife's birthday. It made for a very special birthday for her. For those not familiar with the Inn, it is a bed-and-breakfast located in the former home of William Wrigley, of chewing gum fame. The Inn is elegant and beautiful as well being kept in an immaculate condition. Our... More

A beautiful place to stay, the Grand Suite was the ultimate! So well looked after by all the staff, fun and interesting guests to share an evening drink or two with and a magnificent view. A real home away from home or is that mansion away from home!!!

What a beautiful facility to go for lunch. The staff, especially Carol, our server was wonderful. Nice choices and the food, drinks and dessert were all included in the price. Sad news is that the lease ends in Nov. and it will close to the public after 30-years. USC owns the property.

The Inn on Mt. Ada is the former Wrigley mansion so it has the best setting on the whole island, and overlooks the harbor. We stayed in the former master suite, now called the Grand Suite, which had the best view and a large private patio overlooking the water. Very special. The Inn provides excellent B&B-style service and great breakfasts.... More

This is the second time I have stayed here and each time it gets better! Being picked up and pampered all the way to your luggage in the room not to mention the run of the house which is so inviting is hard to beat! Having never stayed there during the holidays we were treated! The decorations are something to... More

We stayed at Mt. Ada last week for 4 nights... we have stayed at many B&B's in the U.S. and Europe... but this is the only one we go back to again and again. This home/mansion was owned by the Wrigley's (as in gum) and reflects an era long past... the architecture is beautiful and the home is spacious. The... More

Our annual (anniversary) visit at the Inn On Mt. Ada is the splendid experience of the year ... being treated as Wrigleys ... attended by "friends" ... surrounded by gracious old-world luxury ... time filled with one benefit after another ... left alone to "live" in "our" home. Though the people, the accommodations, the food services, the grounds and the... More

I have always dreamed of seeing the Wrigley Mansion. When I arrived on Catalina a few weeks ago, I found out that if you weren't a guest there, you could still go for lunch. It was just two of us and cost us $75+ before tip! I would have had no problem with that if it were a five-star lunch,... More
