The Pavilion Hotel lived up to all the positive reviews...the beds were really comfortable and the rooms were well appointed with flat screen tv, frig, linens and bath products. The staff were helpful and friendly and the wines served at their eveing tasting were excellent. The breakfast had a good variety including made to order expresso beverages. The only down... More

Super nice staff. They were incredibly friendly and nice. Felt like I was staying at the Four Seasons, but much friendlier & not superficial. The room was immaculate. Italian linnens, and a bed anyone would fall in love with. The location is smack dead center on accross from the water & although the rooms may not have a view of... More

I had just a short time on my hands with my busy schedule, so my wife and I went on a short 32 hour getaway. We took the Catalina Express, about a 1 hour trip costing $66 bucks each per direction. I found a $7.50 discount on the internet and used that with no problem. We also upgraded to the... More

Great older but renovated hotel. Beautiful landscaping, nice room, neat firepit and wine tasting. Room was perfect, the staff went overboard to take care of guests and in a great location. The beach is right across the street and the harbor is visible from the hotel outdoor guest area. This hotel is perfect and plan to stay here again! Thanks... More

The title says it all. This is the perfect place to stay. It's right at town with shops, restaurants, activities, the beach and anything else you need or want right there. The hotel staff is the best there is. This hotel is prime for everything. The rooms are extremely clean and comfortable and sooooo quiet. We had a problem with another... More

The hotel was outstanding - staff, accomodations, continental breakfast, wine happy hour, location - you couldn't ask for any more! When we arrived early, we couldn't get into our room yet, but the bag drop was easy, bathrooms/changing rooms were clean, and we enjoyed the end of the continental breakfast. Once in our room, the bell boy was friendly and... More

We traveled to the island for just 36 hours and we enjoyed every minute here -- and it started and ended with the Pavillion Hotel. When we arrived they checked us in early. They had our tickets for the Zip Lines and Boat tours at the front desk with easy to follow instructions on how to get everywhere. The hotel... More

I absolutely loved this hotel. We stayed in two different rooms over a three day period. On the first night we asked for an upgrade and were moved to one of the two incredibly appointed and romantic suites available. The suites take up the back of the hotel and each have a patio that overlooks the beautifully designed courtyard with... More

We had a wonderful stay in this hotel... and in the island. The staff were very professional yet maintained a friendly personality. Our breakfast were always fresh and nice; coffee was always available. the utensils provided in the room and during meals were very nice. I liked the decor in all the rooms - registration lobby, lounge area, wine room,... More

We stayed from September 12-14 and booked a package that included the transportation on the Catalina Express and the Zip Line Eco Tour. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful and although we arrived prior to check in time the bellman obligingly stored our luggage until our room was ready. Our first floor room was newly remodeled and the... More
