Hotel location is the best on island. Property is very old but has been nicely redone. Rooms are small. Service is great. Breakfast and the wine and cheese are really appreciated. If you don't need a big modern room...this place is best.

Excellent customer service, good amenities including a substantial breakfast and wine and cheese hour every evening included in the rate. It's located on the main street, near all the action, but the rooms are set back around a lovely tropical garden making it feel secluded and quiet. South beach is right outside the front door. Our room was immaculate, the... More

Stayed here for the first time and loved it. The location is ideally central to everything. The courtyard and eating area are in the front off of Crescent Avenue so there is no street noise in the rooms. The walls in the rooms must be pretty thick because we couldn't hear any noise at all from our neighbors. Very clean... More

This is my second stay at this gorgeous hotel. The location is perfect, across from the beach . Although the rooms are smaller than some hotels, they are still roomy And very comfortable. We had 2 Queen size beds, which was great my my family ( myself, husband and 2 teenager boys) The service is great ,turn down beds each... More

The location of the hotel is perfect! Its right on the main street, but you don't hear any noise from outside. The bed was actually comfy which is a rare find when staying hotels. The staff was super nice and they even offer turn down service. There are a lot of lounge chairs to hang out on in the middle... More

Being our first time on Catalina, we were in awe of the beautiful surroundings after stepping off the boat. Very Mediteranean feel to the town. We wheeled our luggage to the hotel, a less than 5 minute walk. Checking was pretty simple. Our room was quaint. We had just come from the Hilton at Huntington Beach and the amenities and... More

Our family has been coming for years, big changes these last couple of years to the guest rooms, and they have a room for their continental breakfast as well as out doors setting. Breakfast is quite adequate for children as well as adults, and Happy Hour, the place is packed! We love it as it's close to the beach and... More

It is literally 300 feet from the pier, we rolled our suitcases to the hotel, as most people did. We sat by the firepit with our wine at night. Had breakfast on the patio, and enjoyed Happy Hour in the enclosed bar area. Beautiful ambiance, with the lush landscaping, and low lights in the bushes throughout the landscape. Best resemble... I truly loved Pavilion Hotel! The service, once we got there, was FANTASTIC. From the housekeeper, to the front desk agents (shout out of Daniel and Katerina always being pleasant, professional, and friendly- no matter how early in the morning or busy they were!) Pros: I knew the price tag was worth it when we got off our ferry (Catalina... More

On the boardwalk, central to everything. We celebrate my father's birthday every year, he's been coming to Catalina since he was 10, and this last trip we decided to stay at Pavilion because he just turned 95 and couldn't get around as well. The rooms were beautiful and the staff couldn't have been better. Happy hour wine and cheese was... More
