I would like to thank Alfred Lee and the staff at Power’s Mansion Inn. They made my daughter's dream wedding a reality! It was a perfect event of unforgettable wedding moments and memories. They both said the overnight accommodations were great and morning service and foods was as well excellent. Thank you Powers Mansions for making everything special! DAD

If your looking for a simple and sweer wedding about 100 people, you have found the perfect venue. I had my wedding here in july and all i can say is positive complements. Its normal to have something "bad" or "wrong" happen on your wedding day, but i can honestly say every thing was perfect! There was no drama and... More

Owner is great and friendly. Service was great. Quiet Victorian Bed & Breakfast. Great location. My husband and I Will love to stay here again. Rooms are old fashion, victorian style decoration. The house is beautiful and clean.

We stayed for my wife's birthday, stayed in the Chinese room and was blown away with the beauty. Very impressed with the service and accommodations. Alfred makes you feel at home; had great conversation around the breakfast table.

We hoped for a beautiful romantic getaway....we got plastic grass, dirty, dusty, uncomfortable bed and big disappointments. Having been to many bed n breakfasts establishments..I know and expect quality and cleanliness..this had neither. Very rundown and in need of some serious tlc...complaints to the owner went unheard..Very disappointing.

We arrived for my wife's birthday on May 8th. We had to wait to get into the Inn as no one answered the door for some time. Finally opened and a handyman opened up and let us in and I paid the tax due on the one night stay. no paperwork given to us and he did not know of... More

I was so impressed with Alfred and the team. The rooms were in nice shape for my wife and I. We relaxed and liked how old town Auburn was so close to the Inn. The Power House was awesome! Alfred has done an amazing job with his handcrafted beers. I wanted to try them all, but only got around to... More

I set up a family reunion/50th wedding anniversary celebration here for my fiancé's mother and father. The hotel rooms, although some seem to be still undergoing renovations (small things like wall paper and flooring changes) were quite nice. The ones that had been renovated were emasculate, and the ones that hadn't weren't horrible, ours (the Irish Cooley room) was actually... More

The first thing we noticed was the "grass" as we were led to our room. It's plastic grass! Pretty in a picture but.... The room was old, not antiqueish. The tea room was nice to look at but not available for the guests. Just the kitchen was available for us to use with everyone else. We had to walk to... More

We bought a Groupon deal for the Powers Mansion Inn, I would be so mad if we would've paid regular $200 per night, it wasn't even worth $116. This mansion looks very nice from the outside, but inside it is so run down, cluttered and dusty that kills the romantic mood instantly. Our room was a disaster: peeling wallpaper, terrible water...
