The Aloha Inn is a good value for a mid-range accommodation. We arrived late in the evening when we weren't sure we would even find a room. The office and the parking lot were well-lit, so we felt safe and the car full of belongings was safe. The staff were friendly and polite. The room was a bit bigger than... More

The location of this hotel is perfect. Right off the 101, easy to find and get to. And even though it's right by the noisy road, our stay was quiet. The first room we were checked into wasn't as large as we expected (we needed the space) and it had a funky smell. They quickly gave us a new room... More

Went for a couple quite days at the coast just the wife and I. It was perfect. The room was air conditioned, some times at the coast they leave that equipment out. We've stayed at more expensive hotels and be hot. We will return, the room was nice, clean and comfortable.

Recently stayed here and was pleased with our accommodations. Excellent sleeping, nice large room with small patio off room, and excellent bathroom space for our family to get ready in the morning. The staff was friendly and helpful upon arrival. Would stay here again if ever traveled to the area. The price was right for a night of sleeping. We... More

This has to be the worst hotel in the area! We checked in late around 9:30pm to be greeted by 5 spiders and ants on the bathroom floor oh and some ugly black beetle tucked the the hand towel by the sink! The towels looked like they had been used at a car wash they were so dingy and ragged.... More

Needed somewhere to stay on our road-trip up the Pacific Coast and this was one of the last towns before the main coastal highway section starts. So we had a quick look online for somewhere cheap in this area and found this for $55 for the night so we drove up and asked for a room rather than booking online... More

The room was very clean, easy to get in an out. Only about a 10 minute drive to beach. Breakfast was barely continental but their is a McDonalds right around the corner. Nothing bad to say but would probably try to find something closer to the beach next visit.

I was passing through on my Pacific Coast Highway road trip and I was pleasant surprised how well the room was. Very well equipped with most the essential bathroom amenities. Can't remember if there was a microwave, which seems the fad these days. Nice continental breakfast in the morning. The attitude of the check in person could be a bit... More

I'm giving this an excellent rating over a very good rating due to the man who checked me in. I don't know if he was the owner or just an employee. I travel for business and sometimes spend up to 14 hours in my vehicle related to my job (not a truck driver). Sometimes I walk with a cane due.... More
