my friend and I stayed in this hotel a few weeks ago. When we got up in the morning, we found bed bugs in the sheets as well as blood stains from them. they gave us our money back but 9 days later, she broke out in a rash and 12 day's later, I broke out. She went to the... more

This is not the Four Seasons. This isn't even a Marriott! With that in mind, Premier Inn is an excellent value choice for the Pismo Beach/Arroyo Grande area. Just compare their rates to any of the nearby hotels and you'll see what I mean. So what do you get for your money? The basics. A clean room and a pretty... more

I stayed here almost a year ago and I remember it being centrally located between restaurants, wal-mart, albertsons and pismo beach. Of course you have to drive to Pismo's pier but it was well worth it for the price we paid. It was great to be near a grocery store where you can buy beer and bbq at the hotel.... more

The Premier Inn has to be the worst hotel we stayed in during 2 weeks in California. Although I have stayed in far worse elsewhere. We arrived to find that the hotel had not been informed of our online reservation. Luckily there were rooms available and the receptionist was helpful and honoured the rate we had booked. The room was... more

I was surpised as well that someone would say that this was the worst hotel! Thats far from the truth! Yea it isnt top of the line, but it's always clean, and has fresh towels. Even a small fridge and micowaves. Motel 6 is the same price or even more and time after time they don't have soap or even... more

This was absolutely the worst hotel i have ever stayed in...... I understand that you shouldnt expect much from a roadside hotel. However i do think things like a clean room and a friendly staff is not too much to ask fo. We were promised a non-smoking room and when we got there they gave us a smoking room. The... more

A group of us had booked rooms at this hotel. Most had problems with reservations. We arrived at 3:45 PM, check-in time was 4:00 PM. One party booked their reservations for a non-smoking room on line. According to the front desk staff, the on-line reservation system does not send the hotel your smoking or non-smoking preference. Their room was a... more

Stayed here as a last minute decision to visit the Pismo Beach area. Don't stay here, go over to the beach area and stay at one of their motel/hotels. Check Tripadvisor Pismo Beach, you have a lot more choices over there and it's only ten minutes away. The fact that the air conditioniong wasn't working, and the screen was broken,... more

very good and clean rooms, very accomdating have stayed there several times and had good times each one, one small problem I wish the pool was heated! but than the price would go up. You can't beat the price and services. no hotel compares to this one in the area I don't see how the other hotels can charge 2-3... more

We spent four nights at the Premier Inn in Arroyo Grande in August. I booked it through Travelhero, so we got a great rate--and it was so much less expensive than other motels/hotels in the area I was a little dubious. Fear not. It was a tad worn, but the property was a fine, quiet, safe place to stay. No... more
