My husband and I went out to California for a long weekend get-away and we had the pleasure of staying at the Casitas for a couple nights. The hosts (Pat and Tony and their adorable, friendly dog, Kona) were extremely hospitable, gracious and warm. They were also helpful in letting us know about local sites and giving us directions. The... More

We ended our anniversary road trip with a revisit to The Casitas. We first discovered this bed & breakfast from an article in Sunset Magazine. Arroyo Grande is basically halfway between San Francisco and LA so it was perfect place to stop on the way home. We stayed in the Mariposa cottage. It has its own patio overlooking the valley,... We had the pleasure of enjoying Tony's and Pat's hospitality for a one night stay during our recent trip through the coast from San Francisco to LA. Our only regret is that we only got to spend one night there and therefore not have the opportunity to fully enjoy the facilities and settings. The casitas is a very small intimate... More

We loved our stay at the Casitas! The setting can't be beat (amazing views of the valley) and our stay was unforgettable. Our hosts Tony, Pat and their adorable dog Kona took care of all of our needs and were a delight to be around. We don't typically like B&B's because of the lack of privacy....but here you have your... More

Pat and Tony are fabulous and their casitas do not disappoint. Gourmet breakfasts delivered each morning, stunning views, great winery/dinner recommendations, pool, bocce court, privacy, beautiful accommodations, and excellent central location to take day trips either north to Paso Robles or south to Santa Ynez wineries. Could not have picked a better place... and there are quite a few amazing... More

Really was a fantastic inn. It deserves it's number one rating. The breakfasts were amazing, the views were amazing, the beds were amazing. We used our fireplace both nights and it was fantastic. Tony and Pat were great hosts. This is a must stay - it's a bit far from town but the drive to their location was relaxing and... More

Oh, my. This is a most delightful inn and well-worth the 5-star ratings it has received. The Casitas was the perfect setting for a mother-daughter weekend to celebrate the end of summer. Tony and Pat are warm, hospitable, and informative about nearby restaurants and sites. They quietly deliver coffee and a mouth-watering breakfast right to the door of your cottage,... More

Having recently spent one night at The Casitas, my husband and I can certainly understand why this B&B is rated #1 in Arroyo Grande. From the fantastic view of the valley and the mountains, the beautifully landscaped grounds, the lovely and comfortable decor- including the fabulous Ralph Lauren bedding - Tony and Pat have provided everything that a guest could... Loved everything about the Casitas Estate. The Castitas are perched on a hillside overlooking the valley below. The Spanish style architecture is beautiful and the rooms are luxurious and comfortable with comfortable king beds, luxury linens by Ralph Lauren, a fireplace and patio. At night it is so peaceful and quiet; you can see a million stars. They have thought... More
