Recently stayed in the Sonrisa casitas. Beautiful location and views. Tony and Pat were extremely helpful and made sure we had everything we needed during our stay. The breakfasts were incredible and it was great to enjoy them on our private patio. Loved the pool and the valley views. Lots of wineries nearby and the small town of Arroyo Grande... More

From the moment we booked our stay, Tony and Pat's hospitality and attention to detail was evident! Tony welcomed us right away via e-mail upon our reservation, and greeted us warmly upon arrival. Our room, "Sarchi" was very spacious, comfortable, and decorated perfectly as a Spanish Hacienda. We enjoyed the wood burning fireplace too! Breakfast was served on our patio,... More

What a spectacular venue Tony and Pat have created in Arroyo Grande. We stayed in the Sonrisa Casita for the weekend to celebrate our 37th anniversary and my birthday. Our casita was perfectly appointed and the separation of each casita means maximum privacy and quiet; we never heard a peep (except the sweet peeps of the nesting swallows as they... More

WE truly had a chance to rest and relax. We were greeted very warmly, and gracious hospitality followed through out our stay. Our Casita, positioned over the beautiful valley, in which allowed for breathtaking views. Very private, and the décor appropriate for the feel of a Spanish ambience. You have to try their gourmet breakfast, what a treat, and fresh... More

Thank you to Tony, Pat and Kona for an absolutely magical stay. We are so regretful that we did not plan to stay longer, but we will be back! We stayed in the Cielo room and it was everything we were looking for. Beautiful views, private and extremely comfortable. Pat and Tony go out of their way to make you... More

The pictures are quite accurate as to how lovely this B&B truly is! The spanish decor is like nothing I've stayed in before - authentic. Beautiful landscaping. Pat and Tony provided the perfect amount of privacy and interaction for our relaxing stay. The room has a fireplace, with real wood to burn. We ate our breakfast on the patio while... More

One of the most beautiful places in CA. I reminded us of our stay in Tuscany. The setting is beautiful, with the views of the valley and mountains. The room was comfortable, with fire in fireplace each evening, and breakfast in the sunshine on the patio adjoining our accommodations. Our host Pat and Tony were extremely helpful in guiding on the... My husband and I had a fantastic stay at the Casitas of Arroyo Grande. I had back surgery three weeks and a day ago and staying here was SO WONDERFUL! The fireplace in our room was romantic and cozy, the patio with scenic views of the gardens and mountains were so beautiful, and the breakfasts were gourmet. Pat , Tony,... More

We stayed here for two nights on our way from LA to San Jose. Everything was absolutely perfect. We elected to eat some cheese and crackers in the room, and Tony brought us plates and napkins. All of the details were taken care of. We enjoyed the bocci ball court, too. Pat suggested a day hike nearby that was exactly... More

A group of 7 women and myself had the pleasure of The Casitas at Arroyo Grande experience this past fall. I use the word "experience" intentionally because unlike many other inns, this place is way more than just a stay at a bed and breakfast. From the moment we arrived, actually way before that when deciding where to stay, and... More
