This gem is tucked away on a bluff overlooking the vineyards and green fields of the Arroyo Grande countryside, yet only minutes from the lovely town of San Luis Obispo, the airport, and the Village of Arroyo Grande. With four autonomous and well equipped Spanish-style casitas, a lucky few have access to the acres of gardens, large swimming pool, bocce... More

Less than three miles off US 101 at Arroyo Grande Village, on a hilltop above a lovely valley, is this elegant and welcoming lodging experience. The comfortable and solidly-built casitas are owned and managed by a friendly and very hard working couple, Tony and Pat Goetz, who are clearly dedicated to their guests. The beautiful gardens on the property complement... More

very thoughtful service and romantic getaway. Tony and Pat were wonderful. The views were also amazing as was the fireplace in the room. The room was very clean and the bedding was super comfortable. Breakfast on our private patio was a nice touch. Dinner at Ember nearby was a great recommendation.

We absolutely loved the Casitas Estate! Here's my quick highlights: 1. Individual casitas make you feel special. Only four rooms on the estate, each one a detached building (casita, which I think means small house). The Cielo is isolated and overlooks the pool. We liked ours better, the Mariposa, which is one of three casitas laid out around a densely... More

It was the first time we stayed there and we love it! The environment, the view and the friendliness of Pat and Tony make it an exceptional vacation. We had a casita facing the pool and it felt like it was our own house. The town and surrounding areas are also very interesting, we can't wait to be back-- The... More

Casitas is the best place I have ever stayed in. The room is comfortable and luxary. Every corner in the room is unique and memorable. The pool on the top of hill is amazing. Pat and Tony are very frendly, and Rona also. I am looking forward the next trip here.

Tony and Pat are indeed gracious hosts. I travelled with my husband, 82 year old mother and 18 year old daughter. We had two rooms and both were beautifully appointed and comfortable. Tony suggested serving us breakfast in the main house dining room so that the four of us could dine together. it was perfect! The breakfasts were tastey too.We... More

Our stay at the Mariposa casita was AMAZING! From the moment I received the welcoming email from Tony the day I booked the room, I knew this was going to be an extraordinary experience. Due to some computer issues, my wife and I were able to book a room for the night, but we wish we could have booked it... More

Recently stayed in the Sonrisa casitas. Beautiful location and views. Tony and Pat were extremely helpful and made sure we had everything we needed during our stay. The breakfasts were incredible and it was great to enjoy them on our private patio. Loved the pool and the valley views. Lots of wineries nearby and the small town of Arroyo Grande... More

From the moment we booked our stay, Tony and Pat's hospitality and attention to detail was evident! Tony welcomed us right away via e-mail upon our reservation, and greeted us warmly upon arrival. Our room, "Sarchi" was very spacious, comfortable, and decorated perfectly as a Spanish Hacienda. We enjoyed the wood burning fireplace too! Breakfast was served on our patio,... More
