This hotel is consistenly priced lower than neighboring hotels for a reason. It is old! From the AC units to the TVs to the furniture, they really need to improve. Some rooms are oddly shaped and crammed. For those who complain this is not a real suite hotel, it is not. Springhill Suites are supposed to be like this. This... more

As other reviewers have stated, no door between the living/kitchen area and bed room so when my daughter and I were each watching a tv we could hear the other's sound unless we kept it low. The beds were very comfortable and I appreciated the blackout curtain which kept the room nice and dark in the morning. If you arrive... more

We stayed for 6 days. Two adults and a 12 year old. The rooms aren't what I would consider suites. There is a partial wall between the bed and the sofa. There is one t.v. that sits across from the partial wall. You have to point it towards wherever you are sitting to watch it. The room was clean, the... more

I stayed here for 3 nights on business. It has a great location with several restaurants and cafes within walking distance. The rooms are large and well equipped and the staff friendly. The breakfast was not great, it is a let down compared to what is offered at Hampton Inns. more

My wife and I stayed at this property for three nights over the last weekend in July. Our check-in was a breeze even though we arrived later in the evening after our drive from Las Vegas. We were assigned a room on the top floor, per our request, and the room was nicely made upon entering. The room was pretty... more

The hotel is clean and management was helpful. But when I arrive for the first night of my 4 day stay --the front desk guy told me they didn't have a reservation for me. I explain that I booked it two months eariler and had called several times to confirm. He was mean and demanded proof. When I tried to... more

If you are looking for a two-room suite, don't stay at this hotel. Despite the name, what you get here are "junior suites" as the staff explained to me. I arrived with my husband and 2 little ones, only to find that we would all be sleeping in the same, small room. I expected a separate bedroom and living room... more

I took an early flight to LAX so I could attend the racing at Santa Anita on Friday. I asked for an early check in so I didn't have to take my laptop and overnight bag to the races. I arrived at 1pm, the duty manager was on the front desk. He informed me the room wasn't available yet. I... more

We stayed at this hotel to move our son back to college. Unfortunately it was during the UCLA/Utah football weekend. The hotel was crowded and with it came the necessary noises of a lively crowd. Although we were on the top floor, slamming doors and loud talking could be heard through all hours. The breakfast (scrambled egg patties, make-your-own-waffles, sausages,... more

We were pleasantly surprised to find a completely redecorated room. Changes included a nice fresh down comforter with a clean white cover over it changed every night. New rug, too. Breakfast now includes the Marriott Dutch Waffle Maker, which is rather fun, and eggs with sausage and cheese and hot sauce available. Why go to LA without huevos rancheros, after... more
