After just having a pretty bad time at a different Microtel, I was expecting the worst. This was not the Radisson, but it wasn't bad. Upon checking in to the "Stone Villa Inn," the clerk/manager made a big deal of acting as though he was giving me a huge discount. I don't know if it was true, but the price... more

We stayed in July 2008. The pool is a joke. It's about the size of a jacuzzi at any other hotel I've ever, in my entire life stayed at. Very small. The pool closed at 8 p.m. and when I inquired why that was I was told that it didn't have a heater. Well, it was 110 that day and... more

Very nice customer service from front desk staff and night auditor. However, when trying to cancel a reservation, the general manager questioned me several times as to why I was cancelling. He told me "no problem" and 2 weeks later, I am billed for the night as a "no show". Tried to rectify this with the general manager and he... more

As advertised. Comfy two queen bed room. Free internet (wireless) and Phone calls (incl. Long Distance). Quiet room ( Saturday nite). Convenient location near Mall and highway. Decent continental breakfast in the morning. In-room coffee pot, hair dryer. Price was competitive for like properties in the area ($100 incl tax). Book online and get the AAA or AARP rate to... more

I stayed at this hotel for a business trip. They put me in a 3rd floor room away from the elevator because I requested. However, the wireless internet was not working. I spoke with the staff member at the front desk and he placed me in a room on the 1st floor. The wireless internet was working there. The rooms... more

My husband and I stayed at this Microtel Inn on June 9th 2007. The continental breakfast was a big disappointment. It was supposed to be available until 10:00 AM; we arrived in the dining area about 9:15 and it was nearly depleted. There was cream cheese, but no bagels. The only fruit left were three sad looking oranges. Fortunately, there... more

I really enjoyed my stay at this newly built Microtel inn and suites. Microtel has outdone itself with this one. Clean rooms, wonderful decorations and service with a smile will have me coming back real soon. Nice flat screen TV in the lobby to catch you favorite ball game. more
