This hotel was an absolute steal. We only paid $67/night for what turned out to be a fairly large room in a nearly brand new upper end green hotel. The free continental breakfast had a good selection of pastries, fruit, breads, kashi cereals, juice, tea, and coffee. Full breakfasts were also available for a charge. The hot tub was a... more

While we stayed only one night, we had an excellent experience at the Gaia Anderson Hotel. The room was immaculate, quite and comfortable. I hope this style of hotel catches on. I would gladly stay again. more

The rooms were very large, clean and comfortable The staff was always friendly and accommodating. The atmosphere is laid back and you are able to relax on your own patios while looking at the serene landscaping or go to the spa and pool and enjoy the salt water pool. The location was close to Shasta Lake, Sun Dial Bridge, and... more

My family (two adults and three teens) stopped overnight at the Gaia on our way to Oregon. After searching for accommodations in Redding, we stumbled across this gem in Anderson (10 miles to the south), and got a far better room at a far better price than the standard chain hotels to the north. The rooms were comfortable and clean,... more

Stayed here for 3 nights at the recommendation of a Redding local. Large, stylish, low-key room, very comfortable. Excellent on-site restaurant, the Woodside Grill. more

On our way home from our recent vacation, I picked the Gaia Hotel for an overnight stay. Thank you to all the positive Tripadvisor reviews in helping me decide. In addition, there were so very many choices in the Redding area too. This hotel is in an area with lots of trees, easy off and back on the I-5 freeway.... more

My husband and I stayed at this hotel on our recent vacation in Oregon and Northern California. I don't know what I expected, but this wasn't it. The staff was okay, although they checked us into a handicapped room with a busted screen and only 1 small mirror with no bathroom vanity, only a sink! That was not what I'd... more

A little hard to find. Our GPS took us to some other town street but just call front desk for assistance. Online pictures doesn't do justice but it's a very nice hotel. Setup of hotel is a little different but does not take away how nice the experience was. Little did I know that this hotel was "Green". Room was... more

We were well received and check-in was a breeze. Hotel is brand new and the rooms were spacious, clean and well furnished. The beds were great, specially the pillows. Flat screen and ceramic mugs/real glasses. Breakfast has variety with muffins, cereal, toast, coffee, tea, yogurt, bananas, fruit. Eggs/meat were extra charge. Large koi pond and swimming pool/spa. Checkout and service was... more
