Very disappointing stay...first, they told me they told me they stopped the shuttle service to Knott's Berry Farm (which was the reason we stayed there). Then, they didn't have a rollaway bed, which I had specifically requested ahead of time. There was no microwave in the room (which we needed). The Wi-Fi was awful, there were stains on the carpet,... It was a wonderful experience to have stayed at the Baymont Inn and Suites in Anaheim CA. The room was very organized and I loved the bed , very comfortable. The air conditioner was working great and the sink and shower-head for bathroom were working pretty well. The best part of my stay was the breakfast buffet every morning. It... More

We only stayed one night but we had a great stay. The room was very clean and pleasant. The bed was "just right" and very comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was really good and fresh. We will definitely stay here again when we return to the Anaheim area in about a month.

overall we had a really good stay. The room was clean and the staff was friendly. We had a 2 queen suite which worked well for our family of 6. We used the sofa sleeper in the extra room for 2 of our kids. I think the biggest drawback is though there ae 2 rooms, there is only a TV... More

We had a very pleasant 5-night stay at Baymont. Rooms were comfortable, though a bit on the small side and lacking an in-room safe. But it was nice to have a desk and a mini-fridge. The hotel itself is beautiful, in a Southwestern style. Breakfast selection and quality is among the best we've seen for a complimentary offering. Service was... More

The staff here were friendly and assisted to our needs. Overall, our experience was very pleasant however the one thing I couldn't let pass was the internet coverage. There were so many server names and not all of our devices could connect. They would always say "out of range" even when we were situated a few doors down from the... More

Hotel was a bit dated and certainly could use some upgrades. The eating area had a new flat screen TV set up but the thing didn't work! Blamed it on the cable guy..It was Master's weekend so it would have been nice to watch. Staff was great. Location great. Perfect for a couple of days.

initially I thought this would be a great place to stay, it presents well from the outside, however the room didn't have a safe and our room had a funny smell, musty maybe. The air con was very loud so we didn't leave it running but could hear other people's units running. The jacuzzi wasn't working when we arrived but... More
