I stayed here with my 2 year old and my newborn. The room was spacious and already came equipped with a pack-n-play for the baby. Each time we ventured to the lobby, there happened to be characters walking around. We saw Pluto, the Chipmunks, the Genie, and Jasmine. That was really fun and they were very nice. At check-in the... More

Disney have built an amazing machine for extracting money from tourists while giving them the bare minimum in return! This was the most expensive hotel by far in our five star holiday around the world and it was the second worst in terms of quality. Everything looked tired and I have to say that I really hate shower curtains and... More

My daughters (twins) chose to celebrate their Sweet 16 with a trip to Disneyland instead of a party. We took two of their friends along with us and family members joined us as well but they stayed at Disney's Paradise Pier Hotel. Our entire stay exceeded our expectations and was as magical as Disneyland itself. We booked the trip this... More

We always stay there for kids birthdays or just Disney weekends. They always make it extra special with Disney touches. One time we were selected as a Magic Family by Mickey and got an upgrade to beautiful suite. Great service. The best pool with 3 water slides. Kids of all ages can enjoy the pool and slides. Perfect location. Very... More

We decided to have a stay-cation this year and we stayed at the Disneyland Hotel. From start to finish, it totally exceeded our expectations. For starters the pool and slides, were the reason we decided to stay at this hotel over the other two Disney hotels and they didn't disappoint AT ALL. I did have reservations that the price for... When I first started planning my visit to Disneyland Resort, I was determined to stay at a Disney Hotel. I ultimately chose Disneyland Hotel as it had recently been renovated and was cheaper than Grand California Hotel and also of a higher standard than Paradise Pier Hotel. I could find no fault with the rooms or hotel as a whole.... More

We stayed here for 3 nights. The lobby is very nice and welcoming for check in. We requested a premium room with a downtown disney view. That was not possible at the time but they came with a great offer for a club level upgrade which it was one of the best decisions we ever made. Club level included breakfast... More

Was here for a business conference and expected it to be overrun with kids (not that there is anything wrong with that...it's Disney after all). It was very in control and not as crazy as the hotels on the properties in Orlando. Room was very big. Overall the property is really nice. Good restaurant. Nice pool area and obviously walkable... We have been to D-L many times and stayed at various places, including the Grand Californian, but this was the first time we stayed at the D-L Hotel. The hotel was spotless, the grounds immaculate, the staff were accommodating and friendly, the pool and waterslides were clean and safe. We had a king room, not huge, but very quiet even... More

Hotel is clean and nice , comfortable. We did not bring our toothbrushes and slippers as they are normally provided by the hotel . To our surprise and at this pricey room rate, we were told by housekeeping that they did not have these for guests!!
