The view was excellent. The cast members were very curtious. When you check in be friendly and smile. Seems to help they were so glad to give an up grade. We could watch fireworks at the park from our room and the music was in the room, very cool! We could not have had a better time. more

The location was ideal - Close to Downtown Disney and about a 10 minute walk to the parks. Public and conference facilities were up-to-date, and the hotel property itself is beautifully landscaped, with plenty of scenic opportunities. Definitely overpriced and filthy!!!! Our first set of rooms were soo disgusting we did not take off our shoes. The carpets, furniture and windows were terrible. I have always strongly recommended the Disneyland Hotel to others. I don't know if I can do that anymore. We make trips on average about every year to Disneyland and almost always stay at the Disneyland Hotel. We haven't stayed there for 2 years prior to this visit, though.
