I stayed here on business for a conference in January 2016, for 5 nights. The hotel is obviously for families visiting Disney. I'm not a Disney fan - at all - so the constant playing of Disney Music, appearance of characters in costume, Disney stores, Disney patterns in the carpet...was a bit much. But, I'm not the target market! That... More

We stayed here on an adult only Disney trip. We arrived to check in and found that even though there were no lines for check in, they had plenty of cast member to take care of several people. The cast member that checked us in was very friendly and helpful and made sure that we were able to be located... More

We stayed here the last week of January. I haven't stayed here in 30-some years and really didn't know what to expect. We normally stay at the Grand Californian, but decided we wanted to compare the two. What I really liked about this hotel is the size of the rooms. They are bigger than most modern hotel rooms. The bathrooms... More

I love the convenience of staying here, especially off peak when disneyland closes at 8pm cause the Disney district is still open and they have musicians playing and the hotel pool stays open till 11pm. The poolside snack bar here has the best steak nachos too. Turn down service, no need to take shuttles cause you are at the disney... More

We stayed in January and overall had a good experience at this hotel. We were in a 3 bedroom suite (or actually is was three adjoining rooms with one common door and one common entry way). At first it wasn't what we were hoping for but actually, when we got settled, it worked out nicely. We were able to prop... More

We travel and maybe we are spoiled we have stayed at some super amazing properties and this hotel needs a shot of Botox. The rooms are at best on the same level as holiday inn. Your paying for premium - your paying for premium because your on property and the convenience. For the amount of money you pay a night... More

We bought a 5 day park hopper pass and decided we wanted to be as close to the parks as we could, so that we were not wasting time traveling to our hotel via shuttles and/or walking. The Disneyland Hotel was a great choice. Most days we just jumped on the Monorail and within 2 minutes were were in the... More

Our room is nice, clean, quiet, all good things. Our experience with food service has been average, at best, especially considering that we're paying inflated prices for Disney. We couldn't get a table in the Steak 55 restaurant, but could get the full menu at the bar, so we went that route. My order was wrong, and it took a... More

I am on my way back home after 4 nights at the Disneyland Hotel in Anaheim, where I attended a conference. I attend some 20+ conferences a year and I can't think of a worse venue for a business conference. The place is run down, worn out, and the service stinks. The main restaurant is closed for renovation, and the... More

If you're traveling with small children, probably this is the most convenient way to spend your 2 full Disneyland days which is just a step away. Other than that, everything is standard and not bad. The hotel is quite old but ok
