When I first started planning my visit to Disneyland Resort, I was determined to stay at a Disney Hotel. I ultimately chose Disneyland Hotel as it had recently been renovated and was cheaper than Grand California Hotel and also of a higher standard than Paradise Pier Hotel. I could find no fault with the rooms or hotel as a whole.... More

We stayed here for 3 nights. The lobby is very nice and welcoming for check in. We requested a premium room with a downtown disney view. That was not possible at the time but they came with a great offer for a club level upgrade which it was one of the best decisions we ever made. Club level included breakfast... More

Was here for a business conference and expected it to be overrun with kids (not that there is anything wrong with that...it's Disney after all). It was very in control and not as crazy as the hotels on the properties in Orlando. Room was very big. Overall the property is really nice. Good restaurant. Nice pool area and obviously walkable... We have been to D-L many times and stayed at various places, including the Grand Californian, but this was the first time we stayed at the D-L Hotel. The hotel was spotless, the grounds immaculate, the staff were accommodating and friendly, the pool and waterslides were clean and safe. We had a king room, not huge, but very quiet even... More

Hotel is clean and nice , comfortable. We did not bring our toothbrushes and slippers as they are normally provided by the hotel . To our surprise and at this pricey room rate, we were told by housekeeping that they did not have these for guests!!

There were nine of us that stayed here. We had two connecting rooms and since they weren't able to get us a pool view they gave us some front of the line passes for a few rides. Big plus. Rooms were very clean and roomy. The kids loved the headboards that lit up and played Disney music. Pools were very... More

This is a very comfortable hotel with spacious and well appointed rooms - not at the higher-end luxury level but certainly consistent with the better chain hotels. Entering Disneyland from the hotel complexes is very easy, either through the monorail (located very close to this hotel) or through the main gates (essential if using the "extra magic hour" admission). Driving... More

Our stay at the Disneyland Hotel was for five nights. We had a room in the Frontier building, which was a long walk to the main building, but a very nice standard room. It did not have a great view, but we were not in the room much. Great pool, good restaurants and great location to go to the parks.... More

Stayed at the Disneyland Hotel on our recent visit to Southern California. Stayed here last time about 8 years ago and was pleasantly surprised all all that has been done to the resort to modernize and refresh this classic Disney property. We had a fantastic room, on the 11th floor, in the Frontier Tower. Some people prefer the other towers,... More

I highly recommend staying at a Disney Resort property when visiting Disneyland, and the Disneyland Hotel is fabulous. The room is magical with hidden surprises, the pool is great fun, and being close to the park is priceless. Yes, Disney knows how to make your visit magical!
