The last time we stayed at the Disneyland Hotel was in 2010, during the hotel's massive renovation project. Now that the renovation is complete, we decided to stay a night to experience the hotel again. We were not disappointed. We arrived at 2:00 PM on a Sunday afternoon - check-in was a breeze and our room, overlooking the pool, was... More

The last time we stayed at this hotel it was under construction. I was looking forward to it being better since the construction is now complete. The new lobby is more modern but we stayed for 5 days and never saw a Disney character in the lobby, so they must of discontinued having them greet the guest which the kids... More

I feel a bit unhappy about writing this review because there is certainly nothing tconcrete to complain about in terms of what we experienced. My only issue is that for the price we paid to stay at the Disneyland Hotel I was expecting it to be a bit more "Disneyfied". The lightup headboard was lovely and the mickey hand light... More

True hospitality! Each touch from each employee was welcoming, and sincere-really creating a magical experience (even for the skeptical parents) The rooms are gorgeous and serenely cozy after a long day at the park. The location alone is a big reason to stay. We loved the pools with the slides, the bedtime stories on the tv read aloud by the... More

Our family stayed at the Disneyland hotel over Mothers Day Weekend. It is a nice hotel with three towers. The rooms were very nice and newly remodeled. It is in a great location to Downtown Disney and while you are staying at the hotel there are days that you can get into the park an hour early. It is so... More

Stayed here for 3 nights in May. A bit off season so we were upgraded to a pool view mini suite before we even got to hotel. Not a huge room but the addition of the day bed was perfect for a family of four. Our 4 1/2 yr old took to it as her little nest. Very nicely remodeled... More

I had been to Disneyland several times, but this was the first staying at the Disney Hotel. The room had character, and that would be the reason to pay for it. The handles in the bathroom had Mickey's shape, the toiletries also were more than just a simple bottle of shampoo. At night, if you turn on the switch next... More

The hotel has recently been renovated and is very nice. The floor numbering system does not make sense as we stayed on the 6th floor and our room number was in the 2400's. when you step off the elevator there is no signs indicating which way your room is. Maybe they did not get around to it. Driving into the... More

I don't normally stay at "destination" hotels but I had a conference that took me to Disneyland. The Disneyland hotel (Fantasy Tower) is a wonderful property. Spectacularly clean, quiet and excellently maintained. The E-Ticket Club in the Adventure tower was very nice with plenty of drinks and snacks and a great view of the park. The staff seemed as though... More
