The grounds are very clean, parking, valet or self was very easy & accessible. The rooms were great, the hotel itself is antiquated, the staff is WORLD CLASS, they're all over the place to help you, our family of 17+ was overwhelmed with courteous staffers, any accomodation changes were handle quickly & professional

Overall: Good quality hotel but a bit on the pricey side. Excellent amenities, central location, and friendly and helpful staff. Pros: Good location, minutes walk from Downtown Disney. Several large pools and a waterslide. Great amenities, including a gym and coin-operated laundry. Vending and ice machines on every level. Large, clean and spacious rooms. Guest services were excellent. They gladly... More

Great hotel to stay in for Disneyland and Disney California Adventure, both within short walking distance. Very clean and comfortable rooms. Lots of onsite facilities (free wifi, gym, laundry, pool open till 10pm). Lots of great food choices nearby. Would happily stay again.

I spent four nights/days here during a professional conference. I was housed in the Frontier Tower, which is a bit of a walk from the main checkin desk. My room was in the back, overlooking the parking lot---. When I checked in I asked about upgrades, but they were $50 per night....not what I had hoped for in a deal.... More

The Disneyland Hotel is amazing, almost as good as the Grand Californian - our personal favorite. Upon check in, we were greeted warmly by the parking staff, the front desk staff, and our room was very clean. They made accommodations to get us a room on the same floor as our friends that we were visiting with. Our room overlooked... More

We just came back from two nights at the Disneyland Hotel. We live relatively locally (in the San Fernando Valley) but my wife had a conference that was taking place at the hotel and I had a concurrent event in nearby Costa Mesa...hence, we decided to give ourselves a little vacation 45 miles from home. The Fundamental Fact about the... More

I actually live locally (within 2 hours) and have stayed at many area hotels that are cheaper. Usually, we come for only one night so we don't have to make the drive twice in a day. But this time, we stayed for three nights at the Disneyland Hotel, and I have to say the stay at the hotel was just... More

What a wonderful experience at the Disneyland Hotel. Perfect location, great service, beautiful well kept grounds and clean comfortable rooms. Absolutely delightful. We stayed for four nights and were sad to leave! There is just the right amount of "Disney" mixed in with first class hotel accommodations. Truly something for everyone of all ages. We enjoyed everything on property from... More

Stayed at the Disneyland Hotel a few weeks ago, and we just loved it. Didn't want to leave! We usually stay at a partner hotel (Candy Cane or Carousel) and sometimes at the Grand Californian when we're feeling the need for luxury and have some extra $$ to burn, but we'd never stayed at the Disneyland Hotel and thought "Let's...
