Average hotel. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Assisted purchasing Disney tickets and printed for me. Hot breakfast served 6:30-9:30 was quite good and breakfast area was kept clean. Room was a little musty smelling but was kept clean. Tub water faucet was a little loose and difficult to maneuver, but we survived. Nice refrigerator and microwave. Comfortable beds.... More

FIrst the good: Rooms are economical and well equipped with refrigerator and coffee maker. Staff is friendly and helpful. Not so good: THey really need sheers. You either have a dark cave of a room or you are open to passing looky loos. Sheers sheers sheers! Bad: No sound insulation and the freeway sounds like it is roaring through the... More

I just checked in and I couldn't wait to checkout... a lot of "additional fees", everything that is complementary at other hotels is a charge here and the room smelled funny.... breakfast was decent..

I spent 6 days at this hotel and have not one bad/negative experience to write about. The hotel staff was friendly, welcoming and helpful. The room was clean, the sheets were crisp, the bed and pillows were comfy. The free breakfast was a nice touch as well, fully stocked and healthy. Plenty of seating to be found. The hotel staff... Terrible room, very noisy ( there is construction nearby). The green old carpet is disgusting , the bathtub feels like a plastic box....the breakfast is very very modest (but clean and fresh). It is very close to Disneyland so this is its only advantage. Next time I will look for another hotel, and will return there only if there are no... More

My daughter stayed in this hotel when she went to Disneyland with her high school band. I had to send send her an important package while she was there and when it didn't arrive as scheduled the office manager took the time to phone me so that I could track it. When it did arrive, she made sure my daughter... More

Nice front desk staff. Rooms were not up to par. Beds were OK. Pillows sucked. Bugs by the sink the whole time. Didn't ruin it but kinda gross. Small rooms. Had to pay 20 bucks extra a night for 2 beds. Not very accommodating on that part. Would maybe stay again if all else were booked...

Cindy at the front desk of the Quality Inn & Suites was so nice, helpful and friendly. It really made my okay trip and excellent trip. The rest of the staff was also nice and friendly but nothing like Cindy.

This is an older accommodation, built on a motel design (3 stories) as opposed to the mid-rise to high rise newer facilities. I was in Anaheim for a major expo at the Convention Center and registered late. Rates were elevated as far away as 12 miles and were jacked up an estimated 2-1/2 times normal. Room showed its age (e.g.,... More
