We spent six nights at Best Western Pavilions at the start of our USA holiday and had a fantastic experience. Unlike some of the bigger hotels closer to Disneyland, BW Pavilions had a more relaxed atmosphere. It was a great place to go back to after a day at Disneyland and chill out away from the crowds. The rooms are... more

Very nice room and very helpful staff. Just note that while technically it is opposite Disney Land as stated on their website, it is a 15-20 minute walk around 2 sides of the park to reach the entrance. If you're not up to that then there is a bus to Disney Land that leaves right outside the hotel in the... more

This hotel was a great place to stay if you want Disneyland, California adventure or Knotts berry farm this is a MUST stay place. Denny's is in the parking lot and when you wake up and need better coffee or more coffee your just a few feet away. We would order 2 Grand Slams with 2 extra sides and it... more

I was completely happy with my stay, my son his daughter, and I had such an experience, we would get up, eat our free breakfast, then catch the shuttle and go straight to the Greatest Place on Earth!! This was my second time there and If I go again I will stay there again, the people were very friendly and... more

I read all of the reviews regarding this hotel and they were really mixed, but it was a very reasonable price, so I decided to see for myself and I am so glad I did! The hotel didn't look so great on the outside when we first got there, but we were very pleasantly surprised when we walked inside of... more

My husband and I stayed for five nights at the start of our American holiday. What a great introduction to the USA. All the staff were excellent - nothing was too much trouble, and the fresh cookies are great. The shortcut through the Disneyland Staff carpark (opposite) to downtown Disneyland is about an 6 minute walk, the main entrance to Disneyland... more

We (me, hubby, 6 yr. old daughter, 4 yr. old son) stayed at BW Pavilions Oct. 12-18, 2008 for our Disneyland vacation. We had originally booked Paradise Pier, but due to tight finances, we decided to save some dough and stay off property. BWP seemed to have some of the best reviews of the hotels on Katella, so we booked... more

The Best Western Pavilions is located on the south end of the Disneyland Metroplex, so it's a bit more out of the way than many of the other off-site hotels in the area. We've also stayed on Harbor Blvd (just east of the main entrance), and let me tell you, this area was a lot nicer, at least for us.... more
