Arrived at night so didn't realize just how dirty this place was. By morning light , it's a OMG, moment. Ask for non smoking room but people stand outside your door and smoke. Made coffee in the in room pot and there was stuff floating in it. No extra TP, and NO wash cloths, our feet got black on bottoms... More

This trip was a bumping one to say the least no hot water clogged toilet. Closed breakfast room. Breakfast offered at a nearby hotel

It was fair at best. The biggest issues were ants in the room (not coming from the door or window) and lack of hot water. Also, breakfast was moved 3 blocks away due to renovations, which wasn't a problem except the waffles were either not completely cooked or burned.

I stayed here purely because it was the cheapest near Disneyland. Booked about 2 weeks in advance, had no issues using the online reservation system. We checked in very late at night, just after 1am and it was quick and easy. The room was much bigger than I had anticipated (2 Double Beds), but it was incredibly warm and smelled... More

The location was great. I didn't like the fact that there were 5 spiders in one of our rooms. We expected all of our rooms to be next to each other abd they weren't.

The hotel is clean and nice. I've stayed here many times before and love it. However, this time the woman who checked me in was rude, didn't acknowledge that I was standing there waiting for over 5 minutes, and then proceed to have an attitude. She may of just been having a bad day.

It's close to the convention center and Disneyland. Also there is many restaurants close by. Breakfast is provided at the hotel which I always enjoy.

For the price, the room was reasonable. The bathroom had baby spiders coming out of the vents and the floors were so dirty that if you walked barefoot or in white socks, the bottoms would blacken. The wireless internet was slow, bogged down, or not working. And finally... parking is NOT guaranteed. What this means is that for about 120... More
