We stayed here for my husband's business conference (son and I tagged along to enjoy Disneyland). When we first arrived, we were assigned to a room with a horrible view of a large rusty pipe. I called concierge and we were quickly moved to a room that faced and walked out to the pool area (much better!) for no additional... More

Stayed here recently for a conference and it was a very busy place. It didnt' bother me as I as part of the conference, but for those not part of the conference, it may have been a drag dealing with slow elevators stopping at every floor, overcrowded lobby, restaurants, minimal parking, etc... The room we had was a junior suite... More

The Hotel are not new so do not expect everything Fastanic. Overall it's clean which where we stayed in 14333. It's top floor next to the President suite. Good view for Disneyland. One problem we had was there's no plug for the bathtub. We're not able to take the bath. Call for Service and they are able to fix it.... More

The room did not live up to the Hilton standard. It was worn, not as clean as expected, and the beds were very hard. The dust in the vents, and on the edges of plugs and small surfaces was thick. I didn't go hunting for it but it's difficult not to see it in the bathroom. However, the service and... More

I stayed in this hotel for business and chose it for it's price and convenience to Angel's stadium. Parking was easy and was attached to the hotel. The gym was great, had a lap pool, plenty of cardio equipment and lots of weights but it does cost $14 for access (free for HHonors members Silver and above, I think). The... More

Just got back from 7 nights at the Hilton Anaheim. The hotel is a mixed bag. Pros Very easy to get back and forth to Disney via the Shuttle Clean Facility VERY kind staff- Particularly Tam Albertson who tried to help me out in a pinch when my iPhone broke. Though he couldn't actually help me fix it, I felt... More

I booked this hotel thinking that it was the closest hotel to Disney parks but it was not. We have to walk at least 10-15 mins to get to the park and by the time we got there we were tired. There was an ART Bus that stops infront of the property but we did not took advantage of it... More

We arrived to be told they had put us in a very nice King room. Our paperwork clearly said, 2 people, 2 dbl. beds. After trying to put us in a room near the street/construction on the 4th. level they put us on the 19th. floor. Supposedly a quiet room. We woke up every hour to the constant running of... More

Hidden beneath the dust ruffle, the metal bed frame protruded three inches beyond the box springs. My son-in-law caught his toe on it. Thetoe is broken and nail partially ripped off. Terrible start to our fun weekend. Security responded quickly with first-aid, but absolutely NO RESPONSE from management. No concern, no inquiry. Nothing! More
