After six nights in a hotel room, the Desert Palms was a nice respite offering the extra room to stretch out. It is very convenient to Disney, in fact a short, safe walk not necessarily longer than some walks I've made from the parking lot of Disney World in Florida. It was a very good place to stay for a... We appreciated and enjoyed our stay very much at the Desert Palms Hotel. We stayed in the 2 room 8-person connected suite. It was nice for all the family to be together. I really appreciated the ease of check-in and how seamlessly the hotel reservation had gone since we booked it with a third party package deal. I appreciated the... More

We went to Disneyland this summer and stayed at the Palms. We booked the hotel in a rush and not knowing much about it. To be honest: we would not do it again. We felt the hotel was overpriced and didn't care much about the guests. We asked for a double room that was expected to be big enough to... More

The two room suite with a king and two bunk beds worked well for our family of five. The second room with the bunk bed also had a pull-out couch bed. We tried the ART (Anaheim Resort Transportation) but that turned out to be a horrible experience. We had bought the ticket at the hotel and since we weren't able... More

Very helpful staff, welcome atmosphere and safe environment. With the hotel used by families visiting Disneyland it felt safe and happy to be there. The breakfast is quite varied with cereals, pastries, fruit and waffles which was great. The rooms are more or less cleaned everyday which was great to come back to after a day out! The location is... More

Very convenient location to Disneyland & I-5, hotel's ad said 7 minutes from front gate, must have not have a 5 yr old walking with them. Room was clean but carpet & bathrooms were aged. Beds & pillow were comfortable. We had a 2nd floor Kalihari suite that overlooked the pool that was very noisy until 10:00PM. The elevator setup... More

I had a great stay, but didn't like that we had to wait till 3pm to get a room. Also I was not charged Resort fees by getaroom.com, so I was surprised when the Clerk told me I would have to pay $11.00 a day. And don't stay in the 2nd floor of this hotel, the elevator system is bad.... More

The front desk people could not have been nicer. Especially Jessica. Very helpful and friendly. The walk to the park is about 10 to 15 minutes depending on your walking speed. The rooms were clean and beds comfortable. The carepet could stand to be a little cleaner. My only complaint would be the breakfast. While it was free, not very... More

My family and friends always stay at the Desert Palms for our Disneyland trips. We like the amenities and Disney pass discount. It's close to the park and budget friendly places to eat for our family.

We stayed here at the beginning of March, our first time to Anaheim. I actually booked the hotel through Hotwire and paid £50 absolute bargain as it included parking and free hot breakfast ! Public area's are very clean , staff pleasant, didn't use the pool but it looked nice enough. We were given a suite overlooking the Tower of... More
