Clean hotel, great location for trade show exhibitors. Not a good place for breakfast if you do not like kids. We made our own breakfast. Other than that its a nice hotel. more

The hotel was clean and inviting upon arrival. The staff were friendly and helpful. Our Borrego Suite room was perfect for our group- one adult, two teenage brothers, and one teenage girlfriend. We stayed at the D P in Mar 08 and enjoyed it so much we took 13 extended family members with us in Mar 09. We had 4 different types of rooms and no problems during the whole week. We recently visited Anaheim & Disneyland. We usually stay closer to the main entrance of the park, but decided to try Desert Palms because of the breakfast and suites. A microwave and a fridge in the room were a bonus at no extra cost. Very courteous staff, clean lobby, clean room, nice hot breakfast. What more could you ask for?... more

My family and I stayed here last December for almost a week. We chose this hotel mainly because they had a family room and it was very near Disneyland, around 5 - 10 min walk. If I had been in almost any other room I would have been very happy, but Lord! Room 129 has a window looking out at the pool right next to a spring loaded door. Stayed here for 4 nights. Enjoyed the breakfast of eggs,toast, doughnuts, oranges and cold cereal. Also had biscuits and gravy 2 days. We had a 4 year old and walked to Disney. in 10 min. Restaurants nearby. I would stay here again. The pool area isn't anything to brag about but we spent most of our time at the parks.... more
