This place has a few cons like most hotels, but nothing like the horror reviews I read. I was really scared and discouraged after reading them, but this hotel is NOT horrible! Cons: you have to drive about 5 minutes to Disneyland, but that's not a huge deal. There's some scuffs on the walls and chips in the shower, but... More

Stayed in the hotel late June. Had decided to make it a great weekend for my kids, arrived a day early so they could enjoy the pool and us the jacuzzi. Figured a little quaint hotel would be nice for our family vacation. It all began checking in. The girl at the front was so rude and it felt like... More

This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Stains in the bed. The tv had missing buttons which is very dangerous for children. There were stains and chips in the mirror. The bathtub had stains. Towels had stains. When you turn the Air conditioning on it has a moldy sewer smell and when you turn the heater on... More

Not only not clean, but had bedbugs! Stay away! Altho very close to Disneyland, and free parking, this hotel has gone down a lot in quality. It used to be spartan but cheap and convienent. But now it's just a hellhole.

My partner & I booked a room for 3 nights. After the trip was booked, we were both horrified by the Tripadvisor reviews. Luckily, It WAS NOT thhaaaaat bad. Cons: Very run down, old, & janky. But it was not absolutely horrible. I've stayed in worse for much more money. Pros: It was clean, our bed was comfortable (king size)... More

After a long day at Disneyland, we checked into our hotel around 11:30pm. I reserved 2 rooms that day 5/26/14. The first room for my kids to sleep in had an awful smell like a dead body had been there for days. They gave them a different room upstairs from my room. I didn't care for that. In my room,... More

They came in our room the first day to clean and threw our stuff we had on the beds on the floor!!! We told them this was unacceptable and asked them to stay our for the remainder of our stay. The... Hi Blanka, I am sorry to hear of your experience. We will always refund these charges. At times, there may be a delay in receiving your refund due to the busyness of the season, and for that I apologize. Your issue should be resolved by now, and if not, I will work to resolve it. More
