Left towels in bath on floor, staff picked them up folded them and put them back on towel racks. Hotel small bar soap was RE-WRAPPED in packaging removed from the trash can. Desk guy, uncareing, slow, unenthusiatic and generally blah. more

Yes it is old and ragged but there were no other hotels that would take our dogs, so Alamo was a life saver. We didn't see roaches or transients, but I did see a real life pimp come to gather his woman from our neighbor's room and that was interesting. The room was basically clean and there was no dirt... more

This a great value motel, 2 minutes walk to Disneyland restaurants nearby . I would stay here again.I booked this room through Hotels.Ca ( and saved a lot by paying in Canadian funds) My TV did not have a remote and the girl at the desk could not find one that worked. The cable was very basic. more

Please save your money! The beds are hard as rocks. We found huge roaches. It was filthy dirty in both rooms. Tv's old, cable was out for a day. The pillows stunk and the bedding was old and torn. The towels were like sandpaper. The worst place I have ever stayed! We found a tv guide from April 2007! Just... more

Please save your money!!! Unless you enjoy cockroaches the size of your hands and love mice leaving gifts for you on your bathroom sink - AVOID this place. The beds are so old and hard that even the bugs prefer the floor. And the staff is worse than the critters. Dont bother complaining since they will have no problem changing... more

After searching on-line, we found the Alamo and booked a room, because it was one of the few hotels that had rooms that accommodated the 5 of us in one room. We booked the Family Suite which had 2 separate rooms, one double in one room and two doubles in the main room. It had a microwave and a frig.... more

This place was a ripoff even if it was free~ We arrived from seattle at 2am only to find the room smelled and was 89 degrees inside. The beds were rock hard and the pillows were well worn. The towels were like sand paper and the TV didnt work right. We turned on the air conditioner which didnt seem to... more

Take this place for what it is - a super cheap, clean place to stay within walking distance of Disneyland. It's not fancy or super comfy, but you spend so little time in the room, who cares? I'd suggest bringing your own pillow since theirs are pretty sad, but other than that, enjoy the park and the great deal you're... more

If you just robbed a bank and need a place to hide out, this may be the place for you. No eye contact, just grunts during check in, she seemed annoyed that I was interrupting her TV show. The security of the room is top notch. If you need to get into your room put the key card in, then... more
