The staff at this hotel is very condesending, I had a complaint and called the front desk and the gentleman started laughing at me, told me to call someone named "Walter" who is supposedly in charge. Room was clean, maid service was efficient and friendly. Breakfast is lackluster, toast, sweet roll, fruit, cold cereal, but the price is right. Front desk staff was very helpful. Across the street from Disney entrance in between Dennys and IHOP, both open 24 hours. We chose this place because it offered the best room configuration. 3 rooms with 4 Queen beds and sleeper sofa plus two full baths. We stayed three nights in June 2009 in a suite that had 1 1/2 baths and 4 queen beds. Great hotel, nice rooms, friendly staff. Parking is very limited and the breakfast is not a lot but it was still food. Overall enjoyed the stay, rooms were clean and well kept. more
