My family and I stayed here for a night. The location is great. It literally takes 5 minutes to walk to Disneyland and California Adventure. I checked all of the hotels in the immediate area and this one had the best accomodations for the price. I love to stay in nice hotels and I rarely stay in motels. All of... more

The front desk was helpful and listened to us when we had a problem/comment. The issues were: The lights next to the bed were loose in the sockets. I thought it was going to break if I touched it. The paint on the ceiling over the towels in the shower was peeling off and hanging and the shower head had... more

Just returned from staying there June 20-24, 2009. The location is excellent. You can really walk a few steps, cross the street and be at the maingate of Disneyland in about 5 minutes. This hotel though, is a typical old-style motel. They have updated the furniture, and the beds were good. But the bathroom was grungy. They have a continental... more

My family stayed in a kid's suite. This is an excellent layout with the kids having thier own room with bunkbeds. There is plenty of space in each room. The beds were comfortable. The only issue I had is that parking is limited and they seem to sell more parking passes than parking spaces. more

I have been to Disneyland with my family for 4 consecutive years. Ever since my first great experience with Carousel we have returned each year. I like the fantastic customer service and hospitality. The General Manager Mimi Jeng is very understanding and has shown that she genuinely cares about us. She can be proud of her staff and of herself,... more

In touring the States this was one of the more expensive places we stayed. While the room was more modern in appearance than others we stayed in over the three weeks the service of the reception area, with the exception of one person, was by far the worst experienced. The staff looked immaculate but could not respond in general to... more

This hotel is right in the middle of everything! We were able to walk across the street to Disneyland, and we were within close driving distance of excellent shopping centers and the beach. It was also close to the John Wayne Airport, which is where we flew in and out from. The staff was wonderful, friendly and went out of... more

Rooms were great and hotel staff took extra care to make sure that our smallest requests were accommodated. The only thing my family had to think about was having fun on our vacation since accommodation and the hotel's proximity to Disneyland were fantastic. more

We stayed there last weekend 12 girls and 4 moms. It was a brownie/birhday slumber party. We reserved the View Suite and the Kid's suite. It was so much fun the view from the View Suite looked over Disneyland and at night the ferris wheel was all lit up, It was beautiful. The beds are so comfortable I wanted to... more

I took my kids to Disneyland a few weeks ago and what can I say about our stay? It was GREAT!!! We stayed at the Carrousel Inn and Suites for four nights and everything was great! Location was superb, it’s right across the park. The service was excellent. People at the front desk were very friendly and knowledgeable. This place... more
