This hotel is the reason I can visit disneyland so often! It is so affordable! I'm not saying its anything fancy but its worth the 50 or 60 a night! I looked at hotel's policies and this was not listed as a planned charge and just the opposite was stated. I contacted the hotel via email and have received no response as of yet. I have now canceled my booking and am asking for the charge to be reversed. I will not be staying there nor recommending to anyone else.
