We just got back after a 4 day stay. This was the perfect location for our plans. Angels Stadium, Knott's Berry, and the beaches are all very close. We were so busy we didn't stay in our room much but when we did we very much enjoyed everything the room had to offer. We definately were able to save some... more

This place was great for a "large" family...it's always a challenge when you have five people. The kids loved having their own room (as did their parents). They didn't like the bugs (mosquito-type) and it was a bit noisy with traffic at night, but everything else was fantastic! We went to the grocery store and had a full kitchen in... more

It was hard to find, because it was behind a Mexican resturant, but that just meant that at night, it was quiet, because it was away from the street. Plenty of free parking. The front of the building has class, a koi pond, plants, and lights. Very pretty at night. Walk in, and there is a computer in the lobby... more

Stay at The Pepper Tree hotel if you don't mind... 1. A strong musty smell. (The room doesn't just look old, it smells old and unpleasant too.) 2. Tons of dust mites that literally bite you and keep you awake all night. 3. Over 20 year old tube TV. (For your information, a brand new 40" 1080P LCD HDTV retails... more

I am sorry that our hotel was not a good fit for your expectations. FYI The 27" Tvs were all purchased new in 2005. Could you please email me direct at mark@hotelaaa.com as we are having trouble identifying your stay with us.

Beautiful room with balcony over the pool, with furnished kitchen, plenty of room with teenage girl! Did Disneyland, beach, Hollywood, with easy access to fwy, bus lines, and shopping. We would definitely stay here again. more

We found hotel pepper tree from reviews on trip advisor, and thought it might be a gamble because you just never know but we were SO GLAD we did call. From the first call we made to get reservations until the moment we left, it was a great experience. They have a an excellent deal on a wonderful room. The... more

I have stayed here twice before because it's good value for Anaheim. The check-in experience was good and I had a King suite for two nights and cooked some meals in the room (there's a Ralphs supermarket across the street). There are also lots of eating choices nearby. This hotel has a boutique atmosphere to it. more

Clean bath tubs... DO NOT LIKE MOLD.... Did not care for the "wood" smell in the room. Not a good choice for a "ONE NIGHT STAY" Would LOVE it if I was staying a FEW nights. :-) Would have stayed across the street from Disneyland for $55.00. If I had seen it first... Was not a "BAD" hotel... but the... more

Bottom line is. Next time I rather pay $20 more a night minus the noise, smell and faded sheets. Pets allowed? Not sure But from the smell I'll say YES! more

The service was superb. The rooms are amazing and quiet, not to mention very comfortable. I like the location too, because your not to far from anything. The amenities are a nice touch to the room. I love the relaxing, soothing, worry free atmosphere the hotel has. more
