Wonderful place to go nice clean places the desk person Leo went above what he had to do for us thanks for the great stay. We were there for a week they were very nice staff. When we moved to a suite it was a very smooth move they were just wonderful and lots of places to eat also

If you want excellent amenities, this might not be the place. But if you want excellent services, this is the place. Thanks Lin for helping our family settle in Orange County while we stayed at Lemon Tree. Pro: Fast WiFi, nice breakfast selection, large suite rooms, EXCELLENT STAFF SERVICE (unlike other 5-star hotels with employees who have their eyes above... More

My corporate office is in Anaheim. I am here for a week of meetings, and decided to fly in early and take the weekend to have some fun with friends. This hotel is NOT a 3 star, nor even a 2 star property by any stretch of the imagination. I did not realize that Orange County has sketchy areas, but... More

Emailed the hotel the week before my wife and I flew to LA to let them know it was our 20th wedding anniversary and wanted to know if there were any upgrades. When we arrived at the hotel, we were upgraded to the King Jacuzzi suite with a complimentary bottle of champagne in the room to greet us. What an... More

Absolute worst experience ever with Lemon Tree Hotel and Expedia. Booked unpublished deal and was advertised as 3.5 star hotel, equivalent to a Holiday Inn I believe. When we arrived, it was clear this was not a hotel but a MOTEL. The room was filthy, outdated, noisy, dirty utensils, dirty wash sponge, rough thin towels, no individual toiletries (pump dispenser... I booked through Hotwire. It was a big Mistake! The rate was supposed to be $189.00 per night. If you would pay $60 they would be lucky. The hotel is quite run down. I think the staff try hard but the conditions are not up to par. I checked out after one night. I am not sure who would give this... More

Giving this hotel 3 stars based solely on the positive response from motel management in refunding my UPR from Expedia after I checked into room 150, which was unacceptable due to a really bad odor. My impression was that there were better rooms, with interior entry, closer to the check-in desk. Room 150 was a motel styled room with direct... More

I'm giving this hotel a 5-star review because it exceeded my expectations dramatically. It's a cheap, 2-star hotel that I got a great deal on, so i was expecting little more than a bed in a broom closet. But it was in fact a fantastic hotel room that rivals Days Inns or Holiday Inns for sure. My room had a... More

The smell in the lobby and rooms was really bad. Needed some heavy duty cleaning and decorating advise. Old notices at the front desk and just an overall dirty feeling. We were disappointed as usual the photos look much better than the place actually is. Landscaping needs attention too. Not far from Disneyland but that was the only thing it... More
