There are many nice looking rooms posted online, yet we managed to get a room that had a funky smell, the sheets were ripped and stained, the mattress was old and dirt looking, and apparently they charged for using the dish soap and other stuff like the pan??, pretty ridiculous. The staff was nice, but I don't see myself coming... More

Save 10 % on your stay and call hotel directly to make reservations, this beat all the website offers I found. NO ELEVATOR, 2 flights of stairs to the upper levels of several buildings. We saw a large dog so they must allow them in the rooms (which is a warning to those whom may be allergic) Waited until the... More

Arrived later than I wanted & still had to get to LAX to pick up friends. I was given directions when I checked in that saved a lot of time getting to LAX. Room was clean but no shower curtain, door strike wasn't screwed in which made it hard to open, LJ (maintanence) fixed it right away. Housekeeping quickly responded... More

Nice stay for the money spent. If you're wealthy, snooty, and want a 5 star resort move on. THIS hotel is for a family on a budget going to Disneyland. Because Disneyland is expensive all buy itself and thats another story.

Stayed here for a weekend family trip to Disneyland, and was pleaseantly suprised! Decent average rooms, clean, a had a little bit of that hotel staleness, but over all in good condition. not too far from Disney, tho some of the surrounding area was kind of iffy...Lots of families, and noise wasn't really an issue. Grounds were nice, except for... More

Construction going on in the hotel can't sleep in the morning...traffic on Lincoln St is ok not too bad the pool and hot tube are nice and clean. The pool is 8ft and hot tub is nice. Our room was nice and clean. I just didn't like how it was so hard to find a parking space at night. The... More

It is not in my habit to stay at accommodations that are not 4 stars or better but due to it being a last minute trip I took the chance. During our stay we were delightfully surprised with the rooms being nicer than your stereotypical horror movie room. During our stay the power went out on property for an entire... More

The rooms are decent size and most have been updated. They come with a small fridge, microwave and coffee maker. The beds are comfortable and clean. The internet speed is great and the cable TV brings in lots of channels. Breakfast is simple but better than just the typical continental you get at most hotels. I will stay here again.

Okay so not the most ritzy and amenity-rich place, but I stayed here for the 4th of July weekend and I was pretty satisfied. We were going to disneyland at the last minute and Lemon Tree definitely had the best price. It's about a 6 minute drive from Disneyland so be prepared. Pros: Decently close to disney Beds were comfortable... More

The parking is bad, it's NO real breakfast, the room smells of mold and worst of all they are very thoughtless and unhelpful to people with special needs!!!
