This place is a rare gem in the hodgepodge of Anaheim hotels & motels. If you're in the area, it's definitely the best place, best price (even same day) and super quiet because of their "quiet time" time period. It's not on the Disneyland "Main Gate" circuit (not that it applies anyway... there hasn't been a "main gate" in almost... More

OK, so I will start with the elephant in the room here. The Lemon Tree Hotel messed up--BADLY--on our billing. However, this is where customer service can make all the difference. Once I notified her of the problem, the manager, Deycey, not only bent over backwards to fix things, she went so far as to refund one night of our... More

I stayed here for business for about 7 weeks. The front staff was great and always helpful - Dayse,Maria, Jose and Party. I had also dealt with Rick, the general manager prior to my stay and he was helpful. The house keeping staff were very good and had lots of opportunity to practice my Spanish, it was fun.Breakfast is very limited... The hotel was beautifully decorated. The room was very spacious, the bed was very comfortable. Now here are the bad points. The kitchen area & appliances are very old & out-dated; the futon was damaged and not working properly & had stains on them ready for the curb; The bath tub was not level, very un-safe. The door leading into... More

Thank You for your review,. Most of our guests find our staff more than accommodating and our rooms clean , comfortable and value for money . We cannot do much when a guest simply will not comply without hotel rules which we have in place to ensure the quiet enjoyment of all of our guests . We are sorry that... More

We found the hotel to be dirty, the room was dirty. Filth in the bottom of the shower, hairs on the bathroom walls, the sofa was oil covered and belonged at the curb, the door to the deck fell off as we closed it, the deck was hanging over a dumptster, parking lot was dark and so uneven my husband... Reasonably priced hotel, close to our destination (Disney Land). Hotel offers rooms and apartments, that were useful to our friends from Europe. Breakfast served on premises was OK and saved us time. It is preferable to do booking directly with hotel - saves time and money.

Let's have a look at the positives - free parking, free wifi which gives off a strong signal, nice bed, nice TV, pool looked good, staff were helpful & the place was clean. The negatives - It's old and needs a massive up-date, it's about 10 minutes drive to Disneyland, the free breakfast is just cereal, pastries and some fruit,... More

We stayed a total of 5 nights. The hotel was perfect for our need which included visiting Disneyland & the beaches. We are a family of 4 and we had one larhe room separated into two so the girls (5 & 7) had their own space. We enjoyed the BBQ and the girls especially enjoyed the heatedpool & spa. The... More

California warmth This hotel is good for extended families. Needs a little more updating, the hotel is movng toward that. Great outdoor pool, fish pond, and BBQ area. Good continental breakfast, especially for the younger ones. Our suite had 2 bedrooms, 2 full baths, kitchen area with dishes, pots and pans, all utensils. 10 minutes to Disneyland and far enough...
