It is a beautiful hotel with spacious rooms, however the staff is rude and does nothing when you have a concern (like wet spot on the comforter). We have stayed at this Hotel twice now. It is walking distance to Disneyland. We had a family room with two double beds. The staff didn't seem as friendly this time, they seemed a bit under staffed compared to last time (we presummed that was due to the financial climate). The Tangerine restaurant is good value for money. more
