I recently stayed at the resort & I don't know about everyone else but my room sucked. I had the 1 Bed, 1 Bath. Let's start off with the dining table, mine was tilted to the side so the surface was'nt even. The balcony door was particularly hard to open. I had to push several times because it was stuck.... I first stayed at Dolphin's Cove in 2001 for a trip to Disneyland. We just returned from a 2nd trip there and again stayed at Dolphin's Cove in 2014. I don't remember anything negative about it during our first visit, but this time I certainly do. As other reviewers have said, the carpet is FILTHY. And I mean filthy -... More

We stayed at the resort in a 2bed unit over summer. The unit was well furnished, comfortable and easily accessible. The resort is 1 building from the ART bus stop and an easy 5min commute to Disneyland. The room was clean, management provided spices, basic start up items for the kitchen - that were all greatly appreciated. The pool was... More

We stayed here for a convention in Anaheim with my family in June 2014. Great location waking distances to the Convention Center and Disneyland. The hotel is very clean, spacious, with a balcony and a lot of green areas. Also have everything you need in the kitchen a real kitchen kitchen. we strongly recommended.

Stayed here with my family for a week during Christmas 2013. a much needed break from a very weird year. 2 Bedroom and 2 baths, spacious for a family of 6 people. Loved the balcony which overlooked the courtyard and the small clubhouse with the pool was put to good use by our 2 Kids. It had a great location,... More

We booked a 2 BR 2 BA unit for a week and received confirmation. When we arrived we were told we could have a 2 BR 2BA for the first night but we would have to move to a 2BR 1 BA after the first night. Then we could move to a third unit which would be a 2 BR... More

Secure location! Stayed in January for 7 days. Great experience. Can walk to bus/shuttle line from resort. Denny's on corner. Stayed in one room suite. Daily service for towels and general amenities. There are two beds in bedroom both at least full size with a pull out couch bed in living room area. We had up to 4 people staying.... More

Pros: Close proximity to Disneyland (the ART and Toy Story Parking lot are both easily accessible); Secure gated parking; family friendly resort; well kept grounds; friendly staff; adequate air conditioning; units have private decks/patios; nice pool area. Cons: Some money and time need to be put into refurbishment of the units. Our dishwasher didn't work, the lamps were broken, broken... More

Friendly staff and large rooms with the comfort of home. Much improved from five years ago, and you get a bottle of sparkling apple cider when you check in. Free laundry is a plus, although the machines sometimes leave your clothes smelling like the dampness of the washing machine. Convenient location to the convention center and Disneyland.

This is a time share apartment, so it's different than a hotel. There are always salespeople at time shares trying to sell you a unit, Dolphin's Cove asked us, we said we weren't interested and they were very respectful and didn't ask us again. We very much appreciated that. When we checking in, we got some cold and semi-rude treatment.... More
