One of a few hotels on the main blvd in town . Not a very big town either . Right on the state highway , but where else can you be in this tiny town . Hotel was clean , neat and cozy . You can tell that it is a dated hotel but the furnishings in room made up... More

just what we expected: clean, convenient, very affordable. Great for an overnight stop. basic breakfast. woke up to balloons going up right outside our window when we opened the shades. Didn't realize they had a balloon festival. That was fun! WiFi a little sketchy.

Clean rooms, new A/Cs that allow the fan to run (we prefer the white noise) décor a little dated but fine, flat screen tv with good channel selection. If John checks you in, he's the best. Put the do not disturb in the door if you don't want the 9am knock-knock from housekeeping. Good breakfast variety with waffles, cereal, yogurt,... More

This may be the best place to stay in Alturas, but that’s not saying much. The room was clean and well maintained. The hotel is right on highway 395 so you do hear trucks and traffic rolling by all night even with the air conditioner on to muffle the outdoor sound. The beds are comfortable and flat screen TV has... More

I am so sorry for the confusion of check in and your reservation . Your reservation never come thru our system tell after we were sold out, along with a few others , yes computer problems do happen. Very clean, comfortable room, only lacks outlets for electronics charging. The two queen bed room was very quiet for being on a main road. The beds are very comfortable, and having severe back issues makes me a bit of an expert in this area. The people are awesome, helpful and polite. As a final note, the water from the tap... More

We wouldn't stay at this hotel again. No refrigerator in the room. Parking was terrible. Never was asked if we wanted/needed a room downstairs during reservation phone call. No elevator at the hotel. No one was friendly during check in or check out.

Good place for stopover between crater lake and tahoe, although limited choice in walking for dinner as town is quite strung out. Children enjoyed late night swim, room was quiet and comfortable. Good value and a decent cup of tea in the morning. Served our requirements for that night.

The room was very nice, spacious, and clean. There was a nice pool area. The only downside was the breakfast; very small dining area and the only hot thing was waffles. Worth the price tho. If we were going thru the area again we would stay here.

Nice king bed, clean rooms, friendly helpful staff. Kind of lame continental breakfast. We had a "stomper" in the room above us but leaving the air conditioner on helped muffle the noise. Next time we'll ask for an upstairs room.
