We stayed at this hotel for a couple nights to attend a family party. It is a reasonably priced hotel option if your vacation destination is Malibu. However to get to Malibu you take Kanan over the hill which is a windy drive and could be particularly dangerous if you drive back at night, maybe after having a couple drinks.... More

Rooms are dirty and very old, management is incompetent and rude. We also had a camera bag worth USD6000 while in the care of the bell boy, no one cares, they lied on their insurance filing so that the insurance does not pay. Also, instead of searching for it, they kept the issue quiet within the hotel. Tried to speak... More

We recently spent one night at the Sheraton in Agoura while visiting friends in the area. We were traveling with our small dog which worked out very well, as we had a room with a sliding glass door leading out to the grass area. There is also no dog fee at this hotel, which is always a nice treat as... More

Drove down to LA for a wedding on the weekend, stayed two nights and got more comfort then what I paid for the room. Just off highway 101 on the way to Ventura, at the Agoura exit is the brown stone colored hotel with a nice entrance. There is NO VALET but there is plenty of parking on the side... More

Stayed two nights. Front desk knowing we were with Triathlon group made sure our room nowhere near the two wedding blocks of rooms. Asked for late checkout and got it. Non working fridge fixed. Front desk (Felipe) was professional, personable and efficient. Rooms were large and clean. Only negative remark was the non service at breakfast buffet on Sunday morning... More

Recently completed a partial make over. This worked out very well as my client's office was just two miles away. I am a Platinum member so I had access to the lounge which was nice and my room was spacious / corner one with a small balcony. It is a clean nice hotel…nothing really special about it.. but nothing negative... More

Was in the Agoura Hills/Westlake area for a wedding and stayed here since it was one of the cheaper hotels (compared to the Four Seasons and Courtyard Marriot). Very friendly and helpful staff, clean lobby and rooms, and has one of the most comfortable beds ever with oversized pillows. I didn't wake up at all throughout the night and our... More

This is a first rate Hotel! Great free parking. Beautiful pool and spa as well as a large outdoor area for relaxing, and a great designated smoking area. The open entry leads into a large bar with a nice wine selection and great mixologist behind the bar. The room was large and provided first rate amenities. Great bed and nice... More

My wife & I stayed at the Sheraton Agoura Hills and we were disappointed with our experience. We've stayed in a few Sheraton hotels in the US & we've come to expect a high standard from them. I am a 'Starwood Preferred Guest' & would hope that I would have received a little preferential treatment. The restaurant was dated, grubby... More

I stayed with a friend for one night to visit the Malibu area on our way from L.A. to San Francisco. 20 minutes drive away from Malibu beaches. beautiful drive I have to say!The first thing I would point out is that the staff is incredibly warm and friendly. The hotel is located between hills and it has a very... More
