The check-in was great (Thanks Jan) and the room was nice. Everyone at the front desk during our stay were eager to please. The one exception was when my wife was checking us out (I was getting the car) the lady at the front desk was very rude. We upgraded to the 5th floor and found the rooms very nice.... More

I've stayed at this property several times over the past 10 years years. It's been a Crowne Plaza (I think) and then an un-renovated Sheraton. It is now a renovated Sheraton and a darn good hotel! The bed, pillows, and duvet were top notch and made for a comfortable night of sleep. Check-in was easy and very pleasant. Parking is... More

I was pleasantly surprised to find this hotel tucked back in the foothills and not on a major busy road. Although access was very easy and a 1/4 mile to the freeway, you had a feeling of seclusion. The front desk staff was very helpful and very attentive. The room was clean and spacious. It had a nice chair &... More

I used to be a fairly regular guest at this hotel, but I changed jobs and I haven't been in about 2 1/2 years. I enjoyed my stay as usual, but with so much time having passed, it was almost an entirely new staff, and things just felt different. Jenny from the bar was just as fantastic as ever, but... More

Clean and comfortable suite with nice plush bedding and pillows, a clean and spacious bathroom, and recently updated furnishings and decor. The common areas of the hotel were clean and fairly new, and there's a fitness area and heated pool. Staff was friendly and flexible about my slightly late checkout. The restaurant is fine for a convenient breakfast, but, as... More

We stayed here one night because we were going to a holiday party near by and didn't want to drive 65 miles home. The location was perfect for that and close to the freeway. We stayed on the club level in a newly remodeled room. Nice view of the hills out front. The snacks in the afternoon helped tied us... More

I arrived in the evening and noticed that the lot is very poorly lit. When this happens, I always try to valet for my own safety. However, this hotel does not have valet (disappointing). The lot was VERY crowded and I had to walk quite a distance in the poorly lit lot. I tried to stay close to the building... More

I have stayed at this hotel several times in the past couple of years, most recently in November. It is conveniently located, the staff are pleasant and helpful and the beds are really comfortable. I get the club level if available and really appreciate having a quiet place to relax or work with evening snacks and breakfast in the morning.... More

We stayed here because we attended a wedding and this was selected for the guests attending. It was a great choice and the wedding price was a great value. Beautiful setting. Nice rooms. Good service. Great beds. Free parking. Friendly staff.

Because of a contract with my company, I stay at this hotel when I go to Agoura Hills for business. The lobby area was updated in the last few years and look nice. The rooms are clean and the bed's are very comfortable - almost make you feel like the princess in Princess and the Pea children's book. However, they... More
