When we drove in, We immediately knew this place wasn't for us,.,The pool had no water and was very dirty,,there were questionable people loitering around the front,,looking at us like vultures over a kill...lol ,,,We had to wait in the office for someone to finally come help us..then we couldn't understand her foreign accent,,I called booking.com and was hoping I... I chose this place based on reviews here as I needed a cheap place to sleep on a trip from Kentucky to Texas. I chose this over the motel 6 due to traveling with my teenage grandson and this place advertises a free breakfast. I dickered with the person at the front desk for a price that was somewhat reasonable.... More

We've stayed at this motel on a couple of occasions on the way home from our winter house in Texas. We've managed to stay in the same room on both occasions and it was clean, well stocked and freshly cleaned. It is off the highway by about a mile and the lower rates and homely atmosphere make the extra drive... More

Just a couple miles from either Arkadelphia exit on I-30. Worth the drive-- less expensive, very quiet, clean. An older place, near a grocery store, convenience store, and several restaurants. New TV, refrig & microwave. Very nice owners who had helpful suggestions about places to eat. I wouldn't want to make it my vacation home base, but a perfect place... More

I was hopeful when I saw this establishment near enough to the auto shop where I had my car towed. A stranger to Arkansas, needing to stay for an extended time, I have found this place safe, clean, friendly and very helpful. I always recommend spending our dollars in local, small businesses and I recommend Pioneer Inn.

The night clerk/manager balked at honoring a printed add in the yellow pages of the local phone book. When she finally agreed to give us the advertised rate, all of a sudden the keycard machine stopped working! No keycard machine, no room. She offered (as a manager at another hotel) to get us a room at the advertised rate in... More

Initially, my husband and I were pleased to find the Pioneer Hotel in Arkadelphia. The price was very good, and the room was clean. HOWEVER, during the night there were people in and out all night long, found out later that there are long term rental units at the back of the complex. The people who were coming and going... More
