Very wide sites, friendly staff, good appearance and nice amenities. One caveat, Wi-FI is essentially unusable. Like a lot of parks, they have a strong signal, but don't seem to understand that signal strength is only part of the equation. Bandwith sufficient to even approach adequate, is missing. We travel six months a year and like most RVers, decent internet... More

We prepaid for a week at this KOA in the Phoenix area. We arrived late and took the space assigned us. On the third day we had a knock at the door in the morning and the person - who didn't identify himself said, "We have a problem, you have to move. You are in a 50 amp spot with... More

I'm not well versed in camping but for two years now I've camped at the same koa . The first year I used the pool and hot tub . It was clean and not packed with children. The hot tubs at every hotel has always been packed with under 10, so I usually can't commit . The pool is not... More

You can see the Superstition Mountains from the camp. We spent 2 weeks here visiting my brother. Room to maneuver for larger RV's and clean. Grounds keeping was viewed daily. Nice quiet RV Park and we enjoyed our stay here. Molly, our cat liked keeping an eye on all the rabbits and lizards. Yea, the WI-FI wasn't the best but... More

When we arrived the first thing we were told was we can't take the camper off the truck in a rude tone. No welcome or "glad to have you". I noticed the park was about 1/3 full. I asked if we could look around and pick a site. NO you can't. They park you where they want so we ended... More

On the road with our first camper and we found this koa to be a great stop. The staff was very helpful and gave us help finding a near by cactus league basebalk game. The facilities were clean and quiet at night;close to food stores and gas. We spent 4 nights there

There really is no internet access. I'm wondering if this is a requirement of KOA, that they require them to have internet access, because I've stayed at several now that advertised internet access, but it never worked. The hot water was tepid at best, even all the way to hot, and the water pressure was horrible. I was in a... More

We arrived with reservations from Oct 21 to Nov 3, we had never been to the area before so didn't want to book too long and be stuck if it was noisy or dirty etc. After a couple nights there we decided we would like to spend the entire vacation there, until Nov 14. We were informed we would have... More

This definitely rates as one of the cleanest KOA's on the planet. Phoenix was 114 degrees the day we stayed and the sparkling (also very clean) pool was a welcome relief. In response to the comments about wifi...seriously, what RV park does have good wifi? And as far as the office being closed, the people are using the time to... More

Even in the middle of the night the internet was terrible!..we complained once and they said it was because there were too many people on the site..it was less then 1/4 of it's camping sites. So if internet is important to you, make sure you have your own! Or go to the public library for a dollar a week. They... More
