We hadnt wanted to stay in a mobile home park in Phoenix area, so chose this KOA. It was OK, though a long ways from the city. Freeways took care of most of that. Place was clean though definitely older. Pool looked nice. Lost Dutchman State park is pretty close and would be more of a camping experience.

The unfriendly attitude of the staff should have been our first warning. There were no smiles, no waves, no happy to see guests arrive, and certainly no customer centered beliefs. The bathrooms should have sent us running! There is mold and hair in the showers, disgusting toilets, sinks with hair clogging the drains, and electrical outlets I was afraid to... More

Great experience from checking in to leaving. Staff is friendly and helpful. Sites are nice. Pool and restrooms very well kept. Nice quiet location. Easy to find. Would definitely stay again. RV Camper Hookups easy to find and use. Covered garbage cans near the sites makes for easy trash removal. Loved all the quails and bunnies.

Nice location. The campgrounds were well kept. The cabins which we stayed in were very clean and well maintained. The bathrooms were also clean and well maintained. Staff was nice and helpful. Met our needs for one night. Would recommend to other travelers.

This is our second time sta here. Sites are spacious, 30/50 amp with water and sewer hook up. Scanned for TV channels and found 44+! Staff is friendly, pool is awesome. Laundry and showers available. Very clean we will continue coming!

...this may not be the place for you. But - if you want to actually step out of your rig and interact with other humans at a nice clean reasonably priced place with a great, friendly, generous staff, clean bathrooms, a nice pool etc. This is it.

sadly as so often with KOA they need to have a refurbishment of this campsite. Main complaints are very poor wifi which is a must in this technological age, no cable and only a few TV channels on antenna. There is not enough maintenance, the sites are not checked and raked after campers leave therefore the sites are becoming uneven... More

Very wide sites, friendly staff, good appearance and nice amenities. One caveat, Wi-FI is essentially unusable. Like a lot of parks, they have a strong signal, but don't seem to understand that signal strength is only part of the equation. Bandwith sufficient to even approach adequate, is missing. We travel six months a year and like most RVers, decent internet... More

We prepaid for a week at this KOA in the Phoenix area. We arrived late and took the space assigned us. On the third day we had a knock at the door in the morning and the person - who didn't identify himself said, "We have a problem, you have to move. You are in a 50 amp spot with... More

I'm not well versed in camping but for two years now I've camped at the same koa . The first year I used the pool and hot tub . It was clean and not packed with children. The hot tubs at every hotel has always been packed with under 10, so I usually can't commit . The pool is not... More
