I had an unplanned trip to Auburn & didn't make a reservation ahead of time. I called the Home Towne Suites & called last minute. As I drove through the worst travel weather imaginable (flash floods, cars off the run, etc.), I called to get directions from I-85 to the hotel. Not only did the lady give me great & simple directions, she told me that if I had any problems to call her back & she'd come get me to ensure I found it OK. I travel often & am amazed at the level of customer service. When I arrived, I found an awesome room with a FULL KITCHEN & all the pots & pans, etc. I never get this kind of personal service or all these add-ons where I usually stay in town. I will be back!! more
