Stayed at this property for an event being held at the University. While the location was a plus ( right across the street from campus), I would probably make another choice next time I am in town. The place WAS cheap, so I did NOt expect an elaborate breakfast, nor heavenly bed, but I DID expect safety, cleanliness, and customer... more

This budget hotel is located right across from the Auburn campus. We found our room to be clean and roomy. It has a refrigerator and coffee maker in the room which is very convinient. We were given a late check-out of 12:30. the breakfast is more extensive than the typical "continental breakfast" but the quality is mediocre. We were very... more

OMG.......this was the most disgusting Hotel ever!!!!!! Four days of hell. NEVER changed the sheets. Bed was 100 years old. NEVER vaccum the rooms. Had to request clean towels. Front lobby nasty. Looks like they haven't dusted or changed the decor in 50 years. Smelled like smoke in lobby and the front desk girls.......gross! What part of the woods did... more

This is the worst place I have stayed since college days when price was all that mattered and I put up with some sketchy places. This Days Inn was by far the worst Days Inn I have ever stayed in. The convenience to Auburn campus is NOT worth it!!!!! It seemed more like an "hourly motel" if you know what... more

I booked a room at this hotel through Travelocity. The room, a suite, was $28.99 a night. I checked the Days Inn website to make sure this was correct before I booked it. When I arrived at the hotel, I learned that my reservation had been canceled. First, the hotel tried to pretend that I had canceled the reservation, or... more

I should have checked on TripAdvisor before staying at the DaysInn in Auburn, Alabama. The grounds were ill-maintained. The lobby looked like someone's grandmother decorated it from the Sears catalog. The room was not much better. The toilet was wobbly, the interior kickplate to the bathroom door was half off. There was mildew on the shower tile and curtain. The... more

Two words: [--] HOLE. Disgusting stench, dirty moist carpet, greasy bathroom tile. Nothing works in the rooms, including internet, and they can't or won't fix anything. Take my advice: Spend $40 more and stay at the Auburn Hotel half a block up the street, it's more than worth it. more

Location, Location, Location... The biggest reason I would recommend this property is location! It is practically right on campus and is walking distance from all the great restaurants near the college ! Just across the street is the campus. It's great for parents coming to visit their first-year kids! I came when my boy came to auburn three years ago... more

As soon as I entered the motel grounds, my friends and I immediately sensed an ominous feeling. The motel looked incredibly old and reminded me of a renovated apartment complex. The paint on the motel exterior was chipped and the upkeep could not have been worse. Upon entering the room, my friends and I went around right away exploring our... more
