I am visiting in atmore al on business. I looked for a place to fish, found magnolia branch on tripadvisor. I went to parks website ,it said on 10/8/15 at 10:00am that park closed at 6pm, i arrived at 5pm, closed, however on the inside of the gate there were 4 vehicles parked in front of the building. I stopped... More

We had an awesome visit today! We took our boys (12 and 10) tubing and packed a picnic lunch, too. You just can't beat the price (small entrance fee and just $5 a person to tube!). Campground was clean and staff were friendly. Tip: We went on a weekday morning and had the place just about to ourselves! VERY family... More

Stayed at the park in a travel trailer. The sites are long and spacious. The tubing was a lot of fun good for small children, we did It with a 5, 7 and 9 year old. The zip line was perfect for the 9 year old. Will recommended. The only thing that is missing are BBQ pits in each site.

We took our kids plus two more on the weekend, and stayed on the water 4 campsites from the zipline/blob. They loved it! They spent all day Saturday on it. We also went tubing down the creek on Sunday. Our campsite had a lovely view, and my husband was able to fish. We had more quality time without tv or... More

We've camped here twice so far (Feb 2015 and Mar 2015). In Feb, we shared the whole place with less than a handful of other campers. We had an awesome full hook-up waterside site, and our friends were in the site adjacent to us. Great walking and biking trails, as well as clean restroom. The GM even drove us around... More

It's a nice place to go very beautiful but pricey to be a creek for swimming or camping. $5 per person just to get in the gate, so if you have a family its gonna be pretty expensive. That's just to get in for swimming. You can't use your on tube or float you have to rent one of theirs.

We took our family camping this weekend and drove to Atmore. we originally were going to stay at Little River but decided we would try Magnolia Branch instead. We are a family of seven with five kids. We had a hard time finding the place at first and eventually found it about five in the evening. We got a late... More

We have been going here for about five years now, we have always had a good time. The camp sites are clean, the restrooms are well kept, the creek is AMAZING. Everyone is so Friendly. Can't wait until the Summer comes back so we can park ourselves in the creek.

Camped here for a week, thoroughly enjoyed my stay. It is a family campground with lots of activities for people of all ages. But if you want solitude this is the place to be. Wide spacious sites, clean bathrooms, and a beautiful sandy beach on the Big Escambia River.
