The Days Inn in Athens, AL was great. We have attended many private parties in the banquet hall and had a great time. Everyone was so helpful and nice, the rooms were clean and the rooms have everything you would need for a great weekend getaway. My Husband and I had reservations for our 20th anniversary on a Sunday night. The guy at the desk was so nice. He up graded us at no additional charge. The continental breakfast was very good, with waffles and hot biscuits and gravy. If you are traveling I65 you should stop here. more

When I checked in the desk clerk (Jody)was extremely helpful .She explained all the amenities for this location and I decided to upgrade to the jacuzzi suite. After getting settled in we were so impressed with the facilities that we decided to extend our stay here an extra day. I have not been treated better in a five star hotel. more
