Located a stones throw from some amenities, and close to a military installation, you would think that the motels and hotels would be a bit better, but were talking bottom of the barrel, and its not even the cheapest place I've ever been. VERY old and discolored linens, horrendous off white (used to be white) towels with stains in them,... More

We hold an annual race and have stayed here every year, even before it was Anniston Inn & Suites. This year we were terribly disappointed. We reserved 23 rooms. The linens were not clean (sheets and towels). We didn't get the room types we reserved (even after 2 confirmation calls). The desk clerk was nice but management was RUDE and... More

We stayed here during Talladega race weekend. We used it as a place to sleep and shower, which is really all it's good for. It sucks they jack the price of the rooms up during this time, but it's probably the only weekend of the year where they make money! The beds were surprisingly clean and comfortable, with the exception... More

Dirty. Bugs in the shower & living quarters. A special creepy factor that the video cameras mounted around hotel are used for spying on guests. Do NOT recommend to anyone who has better options, sleeping under a bridge for example. If you complain to the proprietor he immediately raises his voice & says: Because it's dirty you're supposed to stay... More

This location was very convenient to my business meeting and FAR away from downtown. The room was clean and spacious and the bathroom was clean. The linen was thin and, as a result, I went and bought my own blankets. My main problem was the towels. Hotel towels are WHITE to let you know when they need to be discarded.... More

After reading various reviews of this property I was prepared to be 'pleasantly surprised'. I wasn't. Immediately upon entering the room the smell attack me. It attached itself to every single item I brought into the room. All my clothes, luggage, everything ended up smelling like that room. I stay in a lot of motels each year and honestly this... More

We were in the area for business on race weekend. The hotel is a little off the beaten path but we could get where we needed to go without too much trouble. It was comfortable. When we got there the room was clean, mostly-they didn't seem to clean any of the corners at all. My biggest problem with the room... More

I was actually pleasantly surprised with the Super 8 in Anniston. The location is good, near restaurants, Wal Mart, and the former Fort McClellan site. The motel is designed old-timey motor lodge style where you pull right up to your door and enter from the outside. The motel is a horseshoe design, and in the middle is the pool, and... More

Very good room for low price. Had king room with sofa, small table & chairs, microwave, refrig. Were there for extended stay, so comfort was important. Wireless internet access was great. Very convenient to Fort McClellan/Nobel Training Center. Many restaurant choices within 10 minutes. All amenities located nearby. Only downside -- continental breakfast was very limited and absolutely no place... More
