Love this hotel. Nestled in a quiet part of Ft McClleland. Excellent and friendly staff who make you feel at home. Ample parking and a great place to wind down after Talladega race. I always stay here when I'm in Anniston Alabama. Did i mention it was quiet?

New managers have taken over and have updated the property and hired new staff. The hotel is clean and many rooms remodeled. The staff is very pleasant and helpful. We have stayed three times now. We have met several others who come in from out of town to work in Anniston and they prefer to stay at Long Leaf Lodge... More

Stinking, dirty, rusted out, dark and dingy! For $73/night, I should have put another $10 with it and gone to a quality hotel. The carpet is DEAD and smells like feet. The bedding is dark and dingy and looks suitable for a ho...tel. The full-sized mattress bed feels spring-loaded. The walls are dirty; the baseboards rusting away; the soap bars... More

The room we were supposed to have had not been cleaned and was disgusting. The room they gave us had a floor so dirty it turned my feet black just getting out if the shower and walking to my suitcase. This lodging is located on the now closed Fort McClellan. An employee told me that is was used frequently (under contract) by students at the local law enforcement academy in Jacksonville.
