We stayed in this hotel 2 nights over Thanksgiving while visiting relatives nearby. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The staff were friendly but not great at anticipating your needs. We had to ask for sufficient towels. Minimal service was provided on Thanksgiving day, but they did explain that they were trying to run with limited staff... more

I have stayed at other hotels in Marshall county and found this hotel about 4 years ago.iI would recommend is place over any other in county. What makes a place better than others is staff I think. When people care everything goes great. Service isgreat rooms are clean and everybody is friendly. more

I stayed at the Jameson in Albertville for 2 weeks on business. This was a great place to stay. The staff was pleasant and went out of their way to do whatever they could to make me comfortable. The rooms were clean and had better lighting than most hotels. I would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to this area. more
