Stayed in the Washington Hilton for a Dance Congress that was going on downstairs. The space for the congress itself was great. So I would say that the conference room spaces are nice and adequate for business. The pool was really a nice size to accommodate a huge amount of guests, so I had no complaints there. The room itself... More

We arrived at 3pm to a dark, dingy hotel lobby that smelled of sweaty people. Our room wasn't ready so we stored our things with them and went sightseeing. Upon our return nearly 4 hours later they still did not have a room for us. Like our desk staff experience, the hotel restaurant service was slow and disorganized. And this... More

Business conference held here; lots of rooms, plenty of space; no issues. Located in the heart of the embassy area, it's an easy walk to not only many embassies, but also to dozens of eateries and the mall (1.6 miles to the White House). Hotel food was a bit pricey, as you would expect, but there are plenty of options... More

Booked through Hotwire so I am partly to blame as I would not choose this hotel. Sitting here in a dingy room at 1am hearing loud conversations from the room next door. Paper thin walls. Tub does not work properly. Room is not clean. Thank god we did not book two nights here and we will be switching hotels in... More

Friendly staff and in high numbers given the size of the place. Concierge we're very helpful booking tables for us at various restaurants during our stay. Bar staff were funny and always accommodating. Breakfast was great with such a huge choice and very helpful staff. Food within the hotel was very well-priced and tasted good so I would advise eating... More

We stayed in a twin room for four nights in mid August. I really enjoyed our stay. The rooms were of a very good size and we had two double beds. Rooms were comfortable with a large bathroom. Good dining options available and were reasonably priced. Staff were all very helpful and pleasant. Best advantage was the hotel is right... More

This was our first family trip( kids ages 12 and 14) to DC and couldn't have stayed at a better place. Conveniently located in a very cool neighborhood. Close to many good restaurants. The amenities at the hotel were great and everyone on the staff was going out of the way to make our stay comfortable.the breakfast buffet was outstanding... More

We stayed here as we were attending a concert at the Verizon center. Convenient location and easy access to Metro were key criteria. We should have used the valet parking though. Overall great place to stay. Nice clean room. Enjoyed our stay here.

3rd stay at the Hilton Washington, had a great time. Pool area and gym are excellent, and the hotel is great for a relaxing break. There are dozens of restaurants and bars nearby, and the metro is only a short walk away. Bus routes to the zoo and beyond stop directly outside the hotel, and the U-Street corridor bus service...
